I did an Amazon return and the helper was very friendly and apologized more than once for the Ling which I didn’t think was even long. Lots of great brands and options in the store including a Sephora.

Rhonda is a superstar. Very helpful. Knowledgeable about Kohls products and their location. Full of energy and fun attitude. Wish Kohl could hire more people like her!

I went to Kohl's in Gilroy, CA with a complaint about my receipt, she not only explained what I thought was a mistake, she also took the time to help me get Kohl's cash. If you are ever in need of help or returning an item ask for Krystal. She is a pleasure.

I enjoy shopping at the gilroy location.The staff is always very friendly and helpful.The store is clean and well maintained which makes it easy to find what I go in looking for.I went shopping today looking for Levi’s and was unsure of exactly what to get.Krystal a store manager was very helpful and made my decision easy.She went the extra mile and brought different sizes and styles to the dressing room so I wouldn’t have to go back and forth and made sure I was happy with my purchase.That is amazing management and is a great role model for all employees.

Gilroy Kohls is by far the best Kohls I’ve ever shopped in. Super friendly employees and all were working hard to keep the store tidy. I really appreciate that type of work ethic and customer service!

Enjoyable shopping experience. There are always items on sale and it's possible to find some good bargains along with some nice clothes for any occasion. They have a little bit of everything and now that Mervyns has closed down, Kohl's kinda fills in that gap. Great place to go to find gifts as well. Great customer service, too, whenever I've had to return or exchange something. They work hard to ensure you're happy with the result.

Love this store. This location is always clean and organized. Never too crowded which makes for a nice shopping experience for someone who doesn't love shopping! Prices are reasonable for the quality. And they have great sales and rewards program!

Returns are so easy and smooth. Most of the we buy clothes from kohl’s which we don’t get in other stores at reasonable price.

Staff is always friendly, lots to choose from and good prices too. Nice layout, store is always clean. A pleasant shopping experience every time I go!
