Black Friday prices were the lowest I've seen in years. The staff was polite and handled the large volume of customers calmly and politely. Store was well stocked

Clean store and friendly employees. They have a great sale today was able to get 501 Levi's jeans for half the price of retail stores.

It was very good. I was awestruck to see such a huge collection of jeans. The store staff were helpful. Some of the items did not have all sizes though. But the sheer variety of denim clothing is bound to force you to make purchases that you never planned!!

Staff was helpful!!!! I am very tall and they had jeans that were long enough for me that I couldn't find in stores or online. The fitting room was trashed but the rest of the store was awesome

The customer service is absolutely excellent. I received immediate assistance, which not only cut my shopping time in less than half the time, but I found exactly what I needed. All the employees are much nice and pleasant to speak to spite the fact they were busy. I commend the team and management for maintaining a an organized store and making my shopping experience unforgettable. Thank you Levi's Gilroy Team. (P.s. This is my go-to place when my boyfriend needs jeans! I absolutely love the employees, even on the busiest days I am always approached to see if I need help. Sometimes it does suck because they won't have the right size BUT that isn't their fault and I appreciate the employees going out of their way to check for me.

I will keep coming here for the deals and great service!

The person that helped us was named Bethany they were so sweet and helped find diffrent styles that were popular but that I would like and helped me find the perfect sizes

very poppin' store in the gilroy market. the sales racks are pretty good price, but you really need patience to go through the stuff. styles generally pretty good for an outlet store
