SKECHERS Factory Outlet

I would like to nominate Oliver for employee of the month! I left a bag with a shirt from Eddie Bauer in the store and was almost 3 hours down the road before I noticed. Oliver took my shirt over to Eddie Bauer after he finished his shift. Such above and beyond service. I will so be shopping at your store whenever I pass through. Highly recommend. Ask for Oliver!

Very clean with aisles clear and nicely arranged. Staff very helpful. Well laid out and well lit.

They had a special buy 1 pair get 1 half price. Love the slip on shoes!!

I called the store this afternoon to make sure that a shoe was available in stock and the gentleman that answered the call was very Polite and help me locate the shoe and also offered to hold it until i could pick it up. The minute I walked into the store. I was greeted by a young lady. Also, the gentleman behind the counter help me process my purchase and also place an order for home delivery, since a second pair was not available in store of the shoe I had purchased for my husband.

I always receive great service at this location that I don’t mind driving from San Jose to shop. Thank you!

I found 2 pairs of great shoes for work. I was paying the same amount for one pair that would only last about 4 months. Now I have 2 for the same price . They feel super comfortable, they look really cool, and they're more rugged than the others I used to burn through . I got the " Fast Track " & " Envoy " . They have the arch support I need, they use Good Year (rubber for tread), memory foam for comfort and and they look cool 😎 plus the young man that worked there was very helpful! Good job to the Skechers crew at the Gilroy outlets. Yall crushed it!

Great store!

I stopped in her with my dad because this is the one place that carries his size 13 wide. He will always use their buy one get one half off deal. I was not expecting to find and shoes I likes but I walked out of there with a pair of strappy sandals and the perfect black sneaker for myself! Very happy with all our purchases:)

I didn't find anything but the gentleman was helpful and his attention to detail was first rate! He knew each shoe well. 10/22

The shoes were buy one get one free I only bought one.... didn't find a 2nd pair that matched my needs .... the one I bought was a nice steel toe boot for $79.99
