Panera Bread

Sandwiches, Flatbread pizzas, soups, everything is delicious here. Friendly staff and indoor dining now makes for an excellent lunch. I should also include salads. I love the Greek salad and the Asian chicken salad is awesome as well.
Update 11/5/2022: Employees are usually friendly and helpful. I try new sandwiches most times. Hard to go wrong with any of them. Asian chicken salad is awesome as well. Most of the soups are delicious. Flatbread are good also.
1/21/2023: Really enjoy the variety of food and the freshness of everything. It's a little pricey but worth it. Costs more to get quality ingredients. Give it a try if you haven't already.
Update 4/16/2023: I know that it's hard to find good help these days but employee quality seems to have slipped a bit. Not terrible but sometimes less than expected. Par for the course these days.
Update September 2023: Employees stepped it up. Awesome lady coordinating getting the food out quickly. Good experience this time. Food was fresh and delicious.

I recently dined at Panera Gilroy, and once again, I was blown away by the exceptional experience they consistently deliver. From the moment I walked in, Daisy's warm greeting set the tone for a fantastic day. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly stood out, making our dining experience memorable. The entire staff also demonstrated remarkable patience and friendliness, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and valued. Combine this top-notch customer service with the consistently high-quality food, and it's no wonder Panera remains my go-to choice for dining out.

Busy on a Monday afternoon. $9.00 thin pizza was really good, kids give them 10/10 score. Little sauce and cheese is not greasy, but it is not too big, we had to order a 2nd one.
Also soups in a bread don’t have enough soup. But it was good.

This location is always super clean, and the staff is friends + makes consistent great tasting food. Estella is my favorite cook! Always remembers how I like my order. The manager Nicole is also super nice and remembers my name when I stop by for breakfast. My work now only uses her catering for meetings (thank you for today's order!). Thanks!

This location of Panera bread is my personal favorite. It’s because of low crowd in this location compared to other bay area locations and other reason being the attention to detail on your order. Their grilled four cheese sandwich is so-so. The Mediterranean sandwich is good. Broccoli cheddar soup and creamy tomato are great. Pecan roll gives a good ending for your meal. Don’t miss the mac-n-cheese with baja style.

Humilda and a girl wearing a light blue shirt were exceptional. Customer service to another level. The food here is delicious. I love the orange cranberry muffins and the summer corn soup in a bread bowl.

I got the Pizza, Thai Chicken soup and bag of chips. Everything was delicious. Pizza was great. Highly recommend the Thai soup. My order came quick. Plenty of tables to sit at. Employees were friendly. Lots of menus options. Will definitely go there again and look forward to the different foods they come up with.

Got a delicious hot beef and swiss sandwich and a precious loaf of whole wheat bread and these fun small Fr bread loads and they sliced it for me. The clerk was awesome too.

I love picking this place to eat to get salads, soups, sandwiches and refreshing drinks. The "pick two" promotion the restraunt is perfect for when you want a little health food mixed with comforting creamy mac and cheese or a hearty soup. I love the drink selection, always providing different flavors and never too sweet. The staff here are very nice and accomodating. Muy amable. Online orders are easy and almost always on time. The only off thing about this place are the apples, they are very bland and not sweet at all, but that is me nitpicking.

I put in a large order for lunch meeting and called to check that some of the orders were gluten free. The woman who helped me went way above and beyond to research the ingredients and she even threw in an extra gluten free salad as one of the meal orders was classified as “may contain gluten”. I was so shocked by how much care she put into my order. It’s really hard to order gluten free food anywhere and servers often don’t understand it. I’m really grateful and impressed!

We return whenever we are in the area. One sandwich is enough for my wife and me to split and be filled, and food including smoothies or other drinks, is always excellent. Nice clean facility, food served quickly, friendly employees, fair prices.

The staff is amazing here!! Always friendly, always fast and on point. I love going here with my family! Best soups and sandwiches! Everything we have tried has been great and their breakfast and pastries are amazing!
