Giant Eagle Supermarket

This store is really nice and clean. Great selection and their prices seem cheaper than Strongsville store. The check out process needs to be a little better. Only 2 open lanes available and they only have 4 self check outs.

I have been coming to this Giant Eagle for several years and I highly recommend this grocery store! This location is always clean and the customer service is excellent.

Berea Giant Eagle provides the best customer service ever, despite all of the shortcomings regarding product availability.

Good morning, excellent place to shop for groceries clean efficient in order merchandise. Fruits and vegetables clean fresh very well displayed and just beautiful done. Easiest giant eagle to swap my primo water jugs for full ones, by far. It's always such a hassle at other locations. Super clean, crowds always pretty solid about wearing masks, never super busy. Nicest giant eagle in the area.

I went to pick up my medicine they always have a friendly & awesome staff ! Staff is usually friendly when I do shop there !

Stopped at the pharmacy to pick up a friends prescription. Of course, my friend didn't give his date of birth. The young lady working the counter very adamantly, yet very politely told me that she could not ring out the prescription without my friend's birthday. She was so determined to stick to her guns while managing to be very polite and understanding. Good protection of patients meds and rights.

Food is priced at typical inflation rates, but the people in each and every department are so friendly. I have taken the survey online, praising the staff.

I got a cake for my twin siblings 29th birthday and let me just say they did amazingggggggg on the cake! It was awesome

Always has what I need and plenty more. The workers are always super nice especially the cashier Dawn. She always hold a conversation with me and doesn't make it awkward. My favorite place to shop.

This was a great place to shop had a lot of things for me to buy including name brand products the store included a liquor store and a bank so you could do multiple things at one time they also have riding carts for the disabled plenty of parking helpful assistance to get your purchases in the car a little pricey

Everything is easy to find in the isles and if you need help there's always someone around who is happy to assist. The isles have been kept up on and restocked quickly even more so with the pandemic. I know that if in the beginning of the week the item I need isn't there, it will be by the end of the week.
