I lost my card today while toting around my toddler, 2 employees noticed and immediately started helping me look. They located my card, the lady at the register got my daughter a sucker and had another worker assist me in getting all my heavy stuff to my car. 10/10 on general kindness and costumer service because I sure was an anxious wreck.
If the employees happen to see this, Thank you all ❤

Jessie has helped me in appliances twice recently after having one break and needed to get a replacement quickly. Jessie was extremely helpful, got to me very quickly both times, gave me all of the options available for my purchase without pressuring me to purchase add on but was very thorough in the explanation of the options available, and made both purchases truly pleasurable. I have had very negative experiences across the road attempting to make the same purchase and I will be going back to Jessie for any future needs really just a stellar customer service.

Good place for household items, tools, and hardware. This trip I bought potassium chloride tablets for my water softener. It is the only place around that carries it in stock.

Great place to deliver to. Nice and open and the receiving team was ready to go.

01/4/2024:
We have been coming to Home Depot here since moving here 2 yeats ago and have found the store has friendly, helpful, knowledgable staffs in each department. Store is very nice, easily organized to find what you need.
My wife bought me a garage door opener for the holidays and tried to find a local contractor but found either no call backs to calls or requests on their web sites. Finally went to Home depot to get a referral to a contractor for install, was told to go to door area ask for Peter.
Met him a very friendly, knowledgable employee, gave me the price to have installed by a contractor, was very surprised the cost was very reasonable, so he sat it up on his computer, paid him left awaiting for contractor to schedule presently.
Need good information, knowledge on materials or equipment make a stop at this Home Depot, excellent stor to do business with.

Nice store great friendly employees, tons of stuff to look at with a great tool selections all neat lined out too find what you need
Huge garden area, lighting and stuff you would not have though would be there.
Met the nicest young lady at Customer Service, her name is Ava, she out shined about all store employee we ever meet since moving to Ofallon, she Sisted us with some return items, then help a non smart man set up my military account.
She was very polite, very helpful and and smiled a lot, something very lacking today.
It really was out pleasure to deal with her and hoped her traits would spread to all Home Depot employees.
You all need to hold on to her and utilize her talents throughout your store.

6/19: purchased over 3k in appliances, scheduled install biggest mistake we could've made. Basically did a dump and run left dishwasher setting in middle of our kitchen, account of a loose Cap on the shut off valve. I tightened the cap, no leak , also couldn't get old mounting screw head stripped took vice grips removed the screw, but not happy. Installed microwave loaded up and gone. Now they claim they will be back Monday so new dishwasher sitting in middle of kitchen, waiting to be installed because the delivery guys tried to say valve was leaking but couldn't account I had shut off the water. Really poor service on the contract company.

7/10/23:
Went to the store Sunday, Today and was not able to get th veterans discount, understand its not a make or break but if Home Depot isn't going to honor their pledge why advertise. The app would not load kept sending you around in a circle on the app. Young man said it hasn't been working well for a while but with ID he entered it manual but today the gentleman said same thing but said he was not allowed to manually enter it. Very poor again.

Usually have what you need. Staff seems to go above and beyond, I enjoyed shopping there.

Amazing food! I'd never had Thai food before...fell in love! Atmosphere was cozy but fun!

My recently visit was awesome!!! I was looking for a new flower pot. When I got to the garden section, I had such a variety to pick from!!!! The employee there, Sarah was so helpful with all my questions. She helped me pick out the perfect pot for my needs and made some really good recommendations on which potty solo to use.

Walked in and immediately found an employee. He was a very nice older man. Asked him if he knew where a small, I think rather unusual item was, and he told us exactly where it was! The isle number, where exactly in the isle, and which peg. I was amazed. I don't think that's ever happened at Home Depot before, or anywhere else for that matter, for a very long time.

Very helpful response to a query about where a product was located.

RAY…The best manager..I ordered refrigerator and washer & dryer at Manchester city Home Depot and they messed up my order without any parts for installation process.And I went to raise my concern to OFallon Home Depot saying that this is what happened.Then the store manager ‘RAY’ help me out to install all the appliances with out paying a penny.This is the best customer service center I have ever experienced.Will visit again to this store only becaus wit RAY.

Those little boys (late teens) you got working for you were more helpful than any other employee, experience, visit I've made to home depot in my life. And I'm old.

Everyone I saw was very friendly and I ended up getting everything I needed and everyone was very helpful

I want to leave a huge 5 stars to Dennis. Dennis works in the electrical section of this Home Depot. His knowledge and amazing customer service saved my family from having to spend hundreds of dollars hiring an electrician. He gave us the knowledge to fix our issue and took the time to even write it all down. In an age where customer service is dying, Dennis proves that in some people it still truly exists. Home Depot, this man is the best employee we have ever found there. He should get a raise!! If anyone needs advise on electrical issues go there and find him.

Staff here are always kind & helpful. They even help bring things to curb & assist in loading up our truck when we've had larger orders. I always appreciate good customer service.

I always find what I need at this home depot. And everyone is always very helpful.

They really take pride in helping out homeowners and contractors.
