The crew was polite from the beginning. They opened the door for my twins as we were coming inside. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Friendly and also helped my 10 year old make the decision of what he wanted. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

So I just got done in the gamestop and the person there was really nice. He was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate him, but all in all, 10/10, keep up the good work

Matthew of the Front Royal store is a GameStop rock star. He went out of his way and figured out that I had two accounts with two numbers that were separate. One free and one paid. He somehow figured it out and linked my accounts. He was very friendly and helpful. I wish every store employee everywhere was half as good as him at their jobs. He takes his job seriously and likes what he does in my opinion. He saved me ten dollars also.

Had some questions about the new Xbox and playstation consoles. The guy working there was knowledgeable and friendly. He took all the time I needed, even though there were other customers in the store. RESPECT!!!

Great place well organized, friendly staff, and a liqour store nearby lol....what more could you want....anyone who says they had a bad experience here must have not known a lick about what they are talking about

Great store, it's a shame that GameStop is falling into irrelevance, but the people there really know what they are talking about and has cheap games.

Guys in there are always very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about almost all the games I have ever asked them about. It's one of the best Gamestop stores I have been in.

Even though the associate was working alone at the time he was very professional and helpful to everyone in the store.
