Mar2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the workers I observed at this time.
I searched online for this location as a result of needing to send out a package to return some merchandise with an authorization. The store had available parking out in front of the store with a few handicap parking spots available as well. I noticed that the front door was not automatic and would create an issue for someone trying to enter in a wheelchair. I was greeted by one of the workers upon entry immediately and asked if I needed assistance to send off the box I was carrying. Several other workers inside were observed moving boxes around and working diligently at what appeared to be appropriate work behavior for a shipping store. The worker was professional and efficient while getting my package scanned and giving me the receipt.

I have been going to this UPS Store for many years. I carry complete confidence in everything they do. They have assisted me with all my mailing needs, faxes, copies, packaging, etc. Plus their staff is exceptional. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service at this UPS Store, all thanks to an exceptional employee named America. From the moment I walked in, America's professionalism and friendliness stood out. She went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs

All of my business with the UPS Store over the years has been handled quickly, professionally, and with a smile. No muss, no fuss, no hassle...just a perfect retail store experience.

I drive further than I would have to just to come to this unit every time I need to ship something.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a little while. This UPS store is filled with the nicest people working there. They’re always helpful, friendly, and efficient. We had our wedding signs printed there and they were so helpful and went above and beyond in reformatting one of my files and ensuring everything was perfectly printed and cut. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me with those signs because he was fantastic. Every time I have shipped something with them, they’ve packaged it expertly to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition. I would always recommend printing, shipping, etc. at this UPS store.

The best thing about this UPS store besides the fact you can mail packages, make copies, get a mailbox, purchase packing materials, or notary services, is the staff!!! Every person who works here is a joy to talk to. Everyone enjoys the job, are very helpful, goes out of there way to help and do extra! I look forward to my quick visits to pick up my packages :-)

Great customer service! This is best UPS store thus far. Everyone is friendly and works expeditiously. The representative America in particular, always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond!

I have shipped delicate instruments all over the world for over 20 years, and this store is THE BEST I have ever used. Tex, Zac, and the owner were all wonderful individuals with the highest customer service skills. The store is well run and well managed with a clean atmosphere, quick service, and wonderful team members. They receieve the highest recommendation!!

Mark is a EXCELLENT manager!!! I literally called him about a problem concerning my package & he went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me out! Even called me back to let me know it had just got delivered to the store and I could come pick it up!!!

I have been coming to this location for several years. Their customer service is top notch! Always!! Today ,spite some computer issues, both employees were smiling and making you, the customer, feel welcomed. They are always fast and efficient! Great job to these kind people!

UPS is very convenient for returning Amazon items and shredding!

The Manager at this store is awesomely professional and respectful to me. I was there to buy few sheets of A4 size paper, which i was struggling to find it in other nearby stores, he understood what exactly I was going through and offered me some sheets for no charge. It was an awesome experience not because I got it for free, but the act of kindness he performed.

Great staff who went out of their way to help me with a large, local shipment. Polite, friendly, quick, and made my life so much easier.

I wish I could give them some extra stars for the excellent customer service I always get at this location . I run an online store and I come here almost everyday to drop off packages. All the boys working here are always very warm and welcoming. Briggs ( I hope I spelled his name right) helped me or I would say did all my work by unloading all the boxes (almost 20 big boxes) from my car yet he was so kind and generous. This place is highly recommendable 👍

had an issue with a package and the manager was extremely helpful . refunded me for the shipment . excellent customer service at this store !

The staff are great. The convenience of having someone sign for my packages and store them for me is priceless. They also do shredding, notary, amazon returns etc. Great place!

The UPS Store #3847 in Lewisville, TX is awesome. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they always display amazing customer service. I have been doing business at this location for over 10 years and the superior service and overall experience is GREAT!!!! Thanks to all of you for being so awesome!!!!!

David assisted with my needs perfectly from A to Z especially during a busy hour. He remembered my fiancé as we came walking on in. They are certainly family to their customers. THANK YOU DAVID! :)
