Best Buy

We found everything we needed to set up my daughter's new home office. This location was well stocked and had plenty of people there to help. Everyone was very nice and greeted us at the door.

Josh a sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful as I shopped for a home sound system. I do not have much knowledge and he helped me make a good choice as he patiently showed me several options and helped me find what best fits my audio preferences. 100% will return to this Best Buy location.

Helpful but not pushy staff. Really diverse selection of personal electronics and accessories. I had multiple options when I went there to buy thermal paste. Check out the clearance rack for some great deals.

We went around closing time and it still looked like they were well staffed with employees everywhere and willing to help. I wanted to check out the short throw projectors in the media rooms but they were already shut down for the night, but someone was kind enough to turn everything back on so I could get some real good observations to help me plan my new media space.

Very friendly. Very helpful. They were able to help me with my return that was a little bit difficult. I won't get into all the details but they were happy to help!

Was helped by a young ladyJenna, who helped me with my laptop. She had it working. But when I got home, it still would not connect to my network. But Jenna was professional, helpful, and patient. I'll try to get it fixed again. Also, Ashley is very helpful, considerate, and appreciates customers. 5 stars for both.

well, nice welcome. The associates are given you all the info. for what you are asking for. the store was clean, any department you walk in you can find someone telling you, (you need any help). It's a really good attitude 👏 that's what we need in any store you walk in. 🚶‍♀

My husband and I came in today for some phone upgrades and we were assisted by Yolanda with Best Buy and Ahsan with Samsung. Yolanda was amazing and provided top level customer service, in spite of issues that we had with the phone carrier. We've always enjoyed shopping with Best Buy, and today was just another example of their great customer service. Yolanda is the best, if you need help with your phone lines, ask for her! Ahsan was awesome too, showing us the new phone we were ordering and the new features and even gave us some Samsung swag 😎

Got a radio installed at this location and the techs did an awesome job. I highly recommend coming here for all your car/truck installation needs.

Did not have the item I was looking for, but the store is huge and has something for everyone. I ordered my desired product online, and luckily it came before it's expected arrival.

Awesome service! I had something happen to the charging port on my phone, came in with just 20% charge left to geek squad without appointment and they fixed it like 5 minutes! Just awesome!

Well provided, I was here for a washer and Dryer and I found a lot of choices, the chance to touch with own hand the products and the huge choice make this place a must when you need to buy your appliances.

David in the computer area gave great customer service and even talked me into a bestbuy membership....I didn't walk in looking to pay for membership but he convinced me it was worth it...
