My favorite Tom Thumb!! All the employees are so nice and helpful!! Also get my free EV charging while I shop!

There, mango habanero bake chicken is amazing. Any time I work in Lewisville, I always come to Tom Thombs and grab two legs and two thighs.

Is fast to check out not like Wal-Mart but the Starbucks had flies inside the case😝

Their staff is always helpful, they usually have everything we use in stock, and their pricing is fair on most products.

Sean was very helpful. Chris the manager was no only unhelpful, but told me am item I was looking for didn't exist.

I was a Walmart shopper until I went to Tom Thumb. This store has the freshest meat & produce for great prices. It's always clean and the employees are always nice and ready to help. I get excellent perks with the app too. Thank you guys!!! My new fav grocery store.

I shop here a lot, the people that work here are great. They go out of their way to help you. The layout of the store makes finding things easy.

I've been wanting to do this review. I really like to observe people, especially their customer service. I don't think it's fair to just criticize. Everyone should be praised and recognized positively.
I go to this store and I always noticed that one of the employees, called Michel, always treats people very well, polite and always willing to help customers. This is exactly the type of service and people I like.

Used to not enjoy this tom thumb because the vegetable selection was limited, but now it's great! Store employees are always nice and helpful too.

The Starbucks barista was very nice girl! The store is always clean.

Clean, organized, well stocked. I especially enjoyed the English muffin bread from the bakery and the friendly cashier.

I went to this location on a Monday to get some deli meats, some chicken and cheeses. The Manager for the Deli department (I believe his name was Phillip) was such a great help! He got me to look at the Buffalo Cheddar cheese and now I am hooked! Also Monday’s are Cheap chicken days. I was able to get my family a rotisserie chicken home and made some chicken tacos! Highly recommend. Great service.

The store is clean, stocked and organized.

The staff is helpful if you need help and courteous cashiers. I would say they are going above and beyond simply by asking how your day was.

The prices can be high depending on what you're buying, but you have a choice to shop here or not. They do have some amazing deals on certain things, it's just a matter of looking.

I've grown to really enjoy shopping here. The people are generally very helpful and the store itself has really improved it's overall condition. Based on Kroger's recent change and their lack of customer service at The Pines location, I'll definitely make this Tom Thumb my number one grocery choice.

I love shopping here because it's easier to do so. I'm sure everyone agrees. They have great deals on meat and poultry. I'm not sure how their monopoly game works, I thought they were coupons and most employees don't really know how to play. Not sure if it's worth it?

Some of the best customer service I gotten in years by far .
I tent to do my shopping on my late nights as am a single father and enjoy my shopping time with my son .
There is been times where we are just minutes of closing time and they are always very welcoming.
Nothing else says :"we care " more then that.
