Great experience. I was able to go in and get everything I needed. App makes it very easy to self check out if you are tech savvy , even my mother who is 60 can use the application for self checkout. 11 years strong with Sam’s club.

I have been here like a million times! It is one of my favorite stores. I love flowers and they always have all kinds of fresh and beautiful flowers!

We were waiting for 20 minutes to ask about a custom cake and 2 Sam's club representatives came by to help to get the baker for our customized cake but Steve actually went and got the baker to come help us! Steve was so nice and professional! Highly recommend!

Got in to pick up what we needed and able to quickly pay with the app. Great experience!

Curbside pickup was fast and efficient. We used the app to order an indicate our arrival. We also called the number indicated on the curbside pickup sign to let them know we were there. Within minutes our order was brought out to our vehicle.

I visited the pharmacy yesterday. That was the best experience I've ever had picking up my medicine. The ladies that I spoke with, days before by phone, were very helpful and understanding. I will definitely visit again!
Our society definitely needs to be kinder and more understanding.

People are nice here, the worker's are very friendly, Ms. Joy at the Good Court area is really nice. The store is very organized and clean.

Just had my second visit at Sam's Club Lewisville. Barbara in Membership Services and Eleanor are so helpful! I appreciated that they walked me through the app and the checkout process! I will definitely be back!

Been going here for a while now. Decent selection of food with really good prices. Very courteous and helpful lunchtime staff. Even when they get slammed with customers they do a great job of trying to keep up demand. Only complaint is wishing they had more salads.

WOW! This Sam´s club has AMAZING customer service. I am not normally one that gets upset easy but I locked my keys and my cell phone in my car while loading up groceries and of course was distraught. I had some good Samaritans help, but unfortunately no luck. I then went back into the store and Jai had seen that I was visibly upset and asked me what was wrong and without hesitation offered to help. She was truly fantastic and an asset to your team. I also encountered Linda and Omar who also helped and calmed me down, they were truly a blessing. I can not thank your team enough for what they did for me today. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Sam’s is always a good alternative to Costco. Sam’s has many items that are not sold at Costco. (And vice versa)

One feature Sam’s has that Costco doesn’t is “Scan and Go”. You use their app to scan your items as to put them in the cart. When you are done shopping you pay for them in the app and out the door you go. No checkout lines! The receipt checker at the door scans the QR code on your phone to verify your purchase.

Always find the freshest produce. In and out quickly with the scan and go feature on the app.

Sam’s Club has the stuff everyone knows them for - items in bulk. But they also have a great bakery with fantastic cheesecake, cookies, and cakes. I use them frequently to supply cakes or cupcakes for parties. They also have inexpensive but very tasty pizza. I recommend grabbing a slice the next time you are there shopping.

Geral is great customer service she make my pizzas ice cream and still really busy always have great actitud 5 starts for this amazing person !!!!
