Guitar Center

This was our first trip into a Guitar center in Texas. The last one we went to was in Murrieta CA. My 16 year old autistic son plays electric guitar, acoustic guitar and piano. We bought him a guitar cord and an awesome used Amp for $24. He has a used Archer brand electric guitar. He used to have a red BC Rich Warlock in California but it was in our storage unit that got sold☹.
The staff here was very nice and helpful. They even tested the Amp for us. We want to come back and look at more stuff.

Erica Harris' recent help to me as a remote shopper of this store was a great example of what great customer service should look like. I called to ask about details on a used item and she said she and her team were too busy at the moment with customers in the store but she took notes about what my questions were and said she would send me an email later with more pics of the item that would answer my questions. She did keep her word and sent the email a little later. The pics she took herself that she attached to the email as well as her description of the condition of the item were very helpful to my shopping decision. Great job Erica!

I went to this guitar center to sell some items. I felt the amount they paid twas fair. They were definitely better than any pawn shop would offer. The employees were helpful on the phone, before I went to the store and in the store, when I went to sell my items.🎸

It was visible, the employees are very helpful. Didn't see or hear anything that'll make me uncomfortable. My explanation was just good.

I called the store before coming in for some general information that would’ve saved me a trip if gone unanswered. Luckily Erica answered promptly and assisted me in getting the info I needed. I made my way to the store to sell a few cymbals and guitars, then left with cash! Good money too! While at the store Dom and Erica were both super helpful in processing my transactions. They made it an easy and seem less experience. Dom recommended the Volt 2 interface and I'm rocking with it! So not only did I leave with cash. I left with a memorable experience and an awesome interface!

Christian helped me through my whole process of getting a new drum set and helped me with the gear card. Excellent service

I was lead over there is they just happen to have the guitar I was looking for in stock and in the color I wanted. Icing on the cake was just help clean clean well stocked the store was and how helpful the staff was.

My 10 and 11 yr old have been getting lessons since the fall of 2019. We were welcomed and have been a part of the Guitar Center family since then and just recently had their 3rd performance. Wow!

We've had wonderful and supportive instructors (Bree, Hagan, Dylan, David!) for each of them and are so thrilled to hear and see the amazing progress. You will appreciate their skills and how they work with you.

The lesson's lead; Glen Folger, has been a thrill to work with too. We've had some schedule conflicts due to business travel and vacations and has always made sure to work us in.

The kid's have had fun and always look forward to their lessons. It's good to be a part of something that the whole family can enjoy. The GC staff is wonderful and will enjoy your experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They don't push you to buy expensive stuff but help you to get the best for your budget.

Got a great deal on my Yamaha keyboard, thanks to helpful, knowledgeable manager. As a full-time musician, I've been a regular customer of Guitar Center for over 30 years. It is my go-to place for keyboards and music supplies.

The employees at guitar center really helped me out making sure I had a hard shell case for my custom ukulele. It had uncommon lengths and widths so they measured it, found the right size case and ordered it for me all within 15 minutes. And they were right, it's a perfect fit!

I was really excited to bring home my first ukulele, the gentlemen as the cash register was extremely thoughtful and helpful. I look forward to purchasing from this guitar center again. The people that work at this store are very passionate about music, it really shows.

I've been in this center twice in the last week and both times I was very pleased with the service I got. Today I dealt with Chris, who was very knowledgeable about guitars and was able to tell me everything I needed.

I am a repeat customer, because after getting the service I do from them - why would i want to go anywhere else.

Had exactly what I was looking for. Needed a Mister Cool 2 fog machine for a last minute wedding event and it was the only store in the DFW that had it. I went shead and got a 2nd ADJ fog machine too while I was there.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I only use the Lewisville location. Very warm and open atmosphere. Highly recommend this location. The best in the metroplex.

I made this review 7 years ago and I still use these guys because they share the same passion for music that I have. Just purchased the Pearl Crystal Beat acrylic kit. I absolutely LOVE these things! Incredible punch, sustain. Very complex and unique sonically. Shelby is the man. Took great care of me

I walked into the store today to a sign supporting trans' rights, and I was instantly proud to be standing in that store, especially because they're showing their support in Texas where minds are usually closed. I didn't need to interact with the staff, though they were very friendly, to give them five stars. This place is inclusive and safe for everyone. I don't need to be reminded that as a cis woman, I'm privileged, but I know there aren't many safe places for the trans community in Texas. Guitar Center is beyond awesome for creating one.
