A big shout out to Duke Debanies and Vill Sanft for tending to our last minute hunt for a uhaul truck at 7pm. 🥹 We cannot thank them enough for 1. Responding to our call 2. Accommodating us, by providing a sizable truck to load 40 containers for the Maui Relief delivery for our Morning flight. 3. Going out of their way to see what was most convenient for us by contacting nearby stores for similar truck 4. and Just for their professionalism and accommodation as it was more than we anticipated.

Very friendly staff, good selection of things

Unlike many many Home Depot’s where it’s nearly impossible to find someone to help you or direct you, this Home Depot is actually incredibly good on that front.
In my three experiences recently they have had ample staff ready and available to help or direct me, which has been very nice.

As an added plus, everyone at the checkout area has also been incredibly kind.

So, I can actually say this is my favorite Home Depot so far.
(I’m not a contractor or anything FYI; just another overzealous DIY’er)

Nice layout, a little different than other home depots I'm used to, I don't know if I found more stuff because it was laid out different or if they just have different items than other home depots. Still a typical home Depot hard to find anyone to assist you.

Great place for tools - bought myself a pack of US manufactured cold chisels that I can't get at my local hardware store.

One stop shop for moving and packing supplies. Had exactly what I needed, friendly service and quick checkout. Good value, especially on packing supplies: boxes, bubble wrap, bungee cords. If you have a move upcoming, get yourself sorted and packed for less. Efficient and easy on the wallet.

Excellent customer service at this store. Curbside pickup exceeded expectations, I received notification my order was ready in under 1 hour. I was greeted by awesome James as soon as I parked in the pickup parking spot, and received my order right away. Thank you to the customer service superstar who assisted me inside with a question about my air filters. 🙌🏼⭐👍🏼⭐

I don't know what changed, them or me, but I feel like I have consistently better experiences at the Home Depot than I used to 10 years ago. The website makes it easy to locate stuff in the store and the self service check out lines mean that, typically, I don't have to wait to pay. Keep up the good work.

Home depot is my fav store during springs, I bought many plants from here and they always have the best prices compared to nursery store.

Today I am so impressed by the kindness from their service staff! I got some trouble after shopping here, I locked my bag in my tesla (it should not happen but yes it did) and as my cellphone is locked inside so I was not able to contact anyone to help me out. Luckily with the help from Wesley, Fatima and Jonathan who work at HomeDepot I was able get back to my car.

Wesley helped me to call Tesla service multiple times (tesla always hang up my phone, shame on you tesla!) and Fatima kindly let me use her app to unlock my car. Really appreciate the help from all of you!

This place is incredible! We had to scramble and look for a few items because we had to meet up with someone. We tried to find employees who could help us locate some of the items.

Elijah and Deziree who were assembling parts in an isle were really knowledgeable about the entire place. We needed precise locations, isle #'s for several items. Without hesitation, they both knew what isle and where to locate them. This cut our shopping time in half and they were so enthusiastic to continue to help us. They asked "is there anything else we can help you with?". Thank you Elijah and Deziree for your assistance and support during our visit.

I forgot to ask who helped me but this associate went above and beyond to help me make a copy of my key he looked for my specific key number everywhere and we ended up using the automatic key kiosk anyway this Home Depot does do key copies they have a kiosk would you do yourself and then they have one that you’ll need to ask and associates to help you with that said that’s the review

One stop for all basic garden stuff

I was at Home Depot yesterday. As I was loading some 2x4s into my car, this guy Luis came in and ask if I need help loading them and he did. I told him that unfortunately I have no cash on me to tip you. He said no problem I will be happy to help. Nice and friendly guy.

The worker I asked about electrical (didn't catch his name unfortunately, he had a beard) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I needed but couldn't find it and would take a while to look through everything to see what I needed. He showed me and explained the difference in 3 different electrical box extenders and their uses. Even helped me pick out a 20a outlet and switch and showed and explained a few different ones and let me pick what I thought would work based off that and my use.

I was confident in my project before, but even more confident after he helped me, something about a second opinion or giving their advise/past experience can do that it seems. I don't think I've ever had that happen anywhere (For a long time anyway)

If anyone wants to know why I trusted his help. Was because he asked about the year of the house and the garage I was installing it in and knew the current and past code requirements. Along with the "dos and don'ts"

I'm usually hesitant to give 5-star reviews to businesses, but after my positive experience with Josh, Cynthia, and Adriana at store 6603, I'd be remiss if I didn't publicly let everyone know how helpful they were. My wife and I bought a washer / dryer combo here last month and a factor in our decision to go ahead with the purchase was that we'd qualified for a $200 manufacturer rebate from H&E. Josh was very kind, transparent, and genuine throughout the entire sales process. After buying the washer and dryer, as I was filling out the rebate form, I noticed that I had to be an actual H&E utilities customer to secure the rebate. Since my wife and I live in on-campus housing and my university takes care of our utilities, I discovered that we hadn't in fact qualified for the $200 rebate.

Feeling frustrated, I contacted Home Depot that same day and told Josh what. Admittedly, I probably came off as hostile, but Josh was compassionate, and worked with his supervisor Cynthia to rectify the situation. Rather then telling me "tough luck; take it up with the manufacturer," they agreed to refund $100 to my debit card. Adriana was helpful in this stage of the process and worked with me to ensure that I received my refund.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with my Home Depot experience, largely thanks to Josh (especially), Cynthia, and Adriana. Keep up the great work, guys.

Just wish they had more informed employees. I was told they didn't carry what I was looking for, thank goodness I'm a brat. Kept looking and I found it!!! SCORRRRRRRRRRE!!!!

Shopped at Lowe's to buy a hot water heater but the service was bad! In the plumbing department. Returned their hot water heater got my money back and went to Home Depot where I receive better service and I bought a hot water heater!
