Very clean store (even while undergoing some remodeling/renovations). The staff are very courteous and helpful, especially at self checkout, and it is a very walkable store, so you can pretty much find everything you need within the space of a quick walk-around-the-block. Plus they carry all the essentials and some really good snacks. Love it here!

It's a nice target. Friends attentive staff and a clean store. No complaints with this location.

I love the drive-up option. Especially since my mobility is not great right now.

The parking lot is always a little scary, but that isnt the fault of the establishment, more of the clients.

I love it. Because they have alot of different choices for potato chips.

I love ordering on line and picking up my order! Always greeted by a friendly associate, order is ready within 2 hrs, my orders are always accurate too! Such a great convenience to have someone else shop and put items in my vehicle and all at no extra charge! I love how simple the entire process is!!! Love this!!😊😊

Excellent Target. Much better than the other twin cities Targets!

I absolutely love Target in general, but this location in particular has great management. The person who was checking me out appeared to be new and needed management help. The manager was really apologetic for it taking longer than usual and issued me a gift card for "my troubles", even though I was patient and didn't complain at all. It was a very nice (and unnecessary - though appreciated) surprise. Another reason to continue to support Target.

Just tried Target's Drive Up service today for the 1st time. The best part is that the drive up pick up service was free! I'm not sure if that's only because of the recent Corona situation, or if it has always been free, but regardless, I was extremely impressed. They had my order put together and ready within 30 mns. The app had fantastic step-by-step instructions. Easy as ever. Very quick!

Amazing customer service! Went in looking for a few things. In the makeup section, the lady there immediately greeted me and helped me find everything I was looking for, and afterwards, in the home improvement section, another lady walking by, noticed I looked confused and offered me help to find exactly what I needed, all while holding a conversation with me. At checkout, I was said hi to, and she also asked about my day. Overall, the store is very clean and organized, and the employees are great!

Target has nailed the drive up ordering experience. I use it every time I shop here. I rarely have to wait once I arrive and usually the person is walking out of the store with my order as I pull in. I've only had one time I had to go inside to correct an order. Keep it up Target!

So what happened??!! Hadn't been there for apparently a few weeks & major changes. The most fantastic change /update was the women's restrooms. It was sparkling clean!! Hiphiphoray. I've been supporting "my" Target for 15 years even when they were not very tidy. Keep up the great change, please.

What is being done to insure social distancing? The parking lot is very busy so how's that working out for customers?

Very clean and well lit stores. everything i'm looking for under one roof. i work for target. i do fulfillment and it is the best job i've ever had.

Really good service found most of what I needed. They even had the mini pies which I would 10/10 recommend buying but I like the cherryone a bit better than apple

Has I was in target. I got light headed, my eyes got blurry, and I was ver week. I sat down and the pharmacist asked me if I was OK. She got me a cherry coke. Then she went and got the store manager. The Guest Service experience with Mark at the Crystal, MN store exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy he was working. He was so patient and thorough with making sure my 15% completion discount for my baby registry was properly accounted for. Mark sincerely provided superior customer service and made my first baby registry experience so easy. I will definitely recommend everyone to use Target's baby registry because of his work.

Awesome employee's, I somehow lost a bank envelope which contain (2) one hundreds dollars bills. One of Target Crystal, MN store location employee found that money envelope. That employee turn in the envelope to a Target store manager. I retraced my steps couple days later (realize money envelope was lost), I call Target store and I spoke with a manager explain my situation and Lord behold my money envelope was found. I went to the store and my lost money envelope was,return to me. I was so overwhelmed. What an awesome Target employee unknown ( identity if employee through company policies can't be identified). I need Target Corporate to know about this particular employee character, honesty, loyalty, heartfelt care about customer's. This person/ emloyee integrity true prime example that there are great people in this world and Target happen to hired one. Thank you Target employee may you be blessed like you blessed me. The ease of ordering from the app. The ease of changing the store you want to pick up from. Especially now that my legs are bothering me so much....I love not having to walk around the store if i just can't do it because of pain.

Immediately after a terrible experience at a nearby pizza place where I ended up demanding my money back and got no food, my family and I came in here to get food at the food counter. We received Pizza hut pizzas and bread sticks from a very polite, courteous, helpful young man. He went out of his way to serve us. He was a breath of fresh air after what we had just gone through. Thanks!

I think Target in Crystal is awesome. In so many ways. Customer service has been great. Phil the manager is one of the nicest managers I have met in a long time. I have had a few issues from TV'S and other issues we have had. Phil has made it right with no questions or hassles.

If you ever have an event or a fundraiser if Target can help they will. As far as the pharmacy goes I have never had a problem getting refills. Call them order them or take a moment and drop off your prescription it does get filled. Keep in mind though right now Target is in going in with CVS so that might be the problem not target themselves.

One experience with them does not make Target a bad store. Just saying from experience.
