They make the best turtle mocha in North Minneapolis!! Such a bright and friendly staff.

This caribou being a corporate location is always great. The drinks are always near perfection. I prefer company locations vs. franchise. I read some poor posts regarding this location and they are simply not true. Just because 1 minor detail isn't right does not mean that business is a 1 star business.

This location has been awesome. Quick to take my order and then quick to get it out to me. The mocha tasted divine. Even went out their way to speak with people who ordered oatmik with their coffee as they had to pull it due to packaging issues. Awesome service.

The only location that makes my turtle mocha perfectly. Its never too sweet or too bitter. Ive had cery little consistency in other locations as its either not sweet at all itd way too sweet. I pretty much only come here now.

Just stumbled on this place accidently and the batista told us they have headquarters, a roastery and ware house there.

As expected, which always means 5 stars for me! Prompt service and seamless transaction.

This is the most consistent Caribou that I go too. My coffee is always what I expect when I visit this location.

I normally come to Caribou to meet with someone and that was the case today. There was adequate seating available. I was met with several friendly hellos from the staff. The shop was very clean and everything was well organized. My order was cheerfully taken and my drink was made very quickly. The place was fairly busy and I noted that no one had to wait to get their order. I also noted that staff maintained a cheerful and friendly attitude towards the customers. While we were heading to the door to leave I was given several "Thanks for coming", "Have a great rest of your day", and some other salutations. Great customer service today!

So happy the blended Frozen Matcha with Bubbles and the Raspberry Green Tea with Bubbles are back! So wonderful for summer.
You Gotta try em! Had a Asiago bagel with cream cheese and a Cinnamon coffee cake with our drinks. Staff helpful & friendly.
Atmosphere cool and calming on a hot day!

As a truck driver delivering to this Caribou facility I love this place. It's so nice to walk over there while my trailer is being loaded and grab a nice hot coffee. Really cozy place and friendly workers.
To the commenter below mentioning that they don't serve milk alternatives: that's incorrect. They were just out of stock for a while due to a shortage as so many other coffee shops. I have since been back and they do have almond and oat milk available again.

It's such a weird location because it's not in a high traffic area like most coffee shops. And I'm usually not a fan of coffee shop chains. But the staff were really awesome, friendly and gave really good customer service. They gave me a 45 minute heads up before closing which was appreciated so I had time to wrap up my work. But then they told me I could continue to sit on the patio working until whenever I'd like and I ended up doing that, long after they all left. I got a lot done! They offered me water several times, even when they were closing, knowing I'd stick around. Gotta say, I was impressed by these young people's customer service skills.

The staff is quick, patient, and very kind with great senses of humor! Their work ethics are exceptional; from ordering, to help with suggestions, to the final product, they nail it every time!

They're pretty much always out of the vegan flatbread, but no complaints otherwise.

Back in MN for a visit, had to come to our favorite coffee shop. There's just no others that compare to the atmosphere of the stores.

Always clean and comfortable. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Fast service no matter how long the line is. I love caribou! Also, this location is their headquarters and bean roasting plant. I get free burlap bags for crafting.
