Starbucks

Not sure why everyone complains about this location a lot. It’s on a busy intersection and one of the only coffee shops in town. There’s a Starbucks across the street inside Target if you cannot wait in a long line. Staff are super nice. They always get my drinks right and if they don’t, they’ve been more than happy to fix it for me. Also. Whoever decided to upgrade their ice machine over here and get the nugget kind is a godsend.

The staff at this Starbucks are my faves! They are welcoming, personable, accurate and efficient, and always put a smile on my face. I appreciate you all being a part of my routine ❤

The teenage boy was very friendly. The dark roast with cream was delightful. Clean space.

Very clean and nuce place to unwind. I love the pistachio cold brew. Its my favorite.

The staff here is wonderful. They are so kind and personable. I love coming here. Hands down my favorite location.

This morning 10/28/2023 in the drive thru a girl with purple/blue hair was working (wish I got her name) but she was the most sweetest girl, very polite & quick!

The workers are great people. I had a great mocha cookie crumble this time cant wait to visit again 10/ 10 experience

I rarely drink coffee nor do I visit coffee shops.. Lol.. but I came here for an interview with a different company. The employees were all very nice, and I had taken a pic of the drink I wanted (it had the ingredients/measurements on the label) and they were able to make it for me! (It was a low carb iced coffee drink). Very clean establishment, and gigantic, loooonnngg high top table in the store I wish I had taken a pic!

Sunday morning crew was crushing it during a big rush. They were all friendly and working so hard. They should seriously all get raises for how hard they were working and doing a great job with the speed and pressure. Also my breakfast sandwich and coffee were great!

Can't go wrong with a free sample. If you can't find chocolate you like, then you're in the wrong store. Lots of variety of flavors, so something for everyone.

EDIT: Changing to 5 stars:
Went to this location and order through the drive through since mobile order was off. Got to the window and paid, and the very nice batista went to hand me my drink when I noticed the vanilla sweet cream splash was not in my vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Not sure how these locations keep forgetting the sweet cream part (it's literally in the name). I asked her and she said I wasn't and appoligized. Instead of just adding the splash, like the Fridley location did, she made me a whole new drink. I thanked her multiple times for doing that when i was just expecting them to add a splash to the current drink made. Crystal location will forever be my favorite location and go-to place.

Please turn your mobile ordering on more, it use to be on everyday but now it hasn't been in for a few days. Using the app to order is way easier since I change the syrups and add stuff. Every other location around here has no clue how to make a vanilla cream cold brew and you guys make it phenomenal and the correct way. I always have to have them add the splash of vanilla cream since they don't ever read the order correctly and just make a bitter cold brew instead of what I actually ordered.

Surprisingly the best Starbucks around. Always awesome, always quick, and always makes the best drinks. Staff is super friendly which always makes for a great experience.

What do you do when the power goes out at home? Thanks for hosting me, Starbucks. Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Pink Drink treated me well. As well as the Ham and Swiss Croissant. I’ll be back!

I recently moved near this Starbucks and i absolutely love it! I typically use the drive through before work and their service is always quick! I've never had a bad experience and even though it's a cup of coffee its great to know that it is done well and the staff is always extremely nice.

I love my Starbucks!! I always get the large Carmel Frappuccino no whip cream large with almond milk! it’s awesome . The staff are always on point with my order🙌🏾 one time I came through this particular drive through, someone paid for my entire order😊it’s really still kind individuals out there! big ups Starbucks team🙌🏾

Awesome place and very nice employees ! Especially, Harmony, she was very nice and welcoming whiling take orders and tried her best to understand my complicated drink from TikTok, lol. Props to Harmony & the baristas. Would definitely come back!
