Einstein Bros. Bagels

Husband and I were in the area doing laundry, we wanted to grab a quick breakfast and tried this place; our first time & not our last. Everyone from the drive thru to getting our food was nice, patient, and kind. Bonus, food was delicious too. We ordered a Juice, a mocha drink, the farmhouse bagel sandwich & I got the texas brisket.

So fresh and so clean!

as someone who works at a coffee shop, i love to see it when employees look like they’re having fun at work. the energy is great, and all the employees are friendly! my nova lox was a 10/10, and even my partner, who is neither a bagel or hash brown kinda guy, loved his sandwich and went back to buy another one. hey corporate- everyone here deserves a raise!!! :)

Great food, great service from everyone there. Staff are awesome people. (I swear I don't own stock in coffee & bagels, I really mean this) love the atmosphere of this location.

Amazing customer service! Here for Door Dash offered a Free coffee to me while waiting for my pick up order. Just great service upbeat happy great morning smile the smells walking in arches to die for I will be coming back to this place has a customer and not has a door dasher

Quick and friendly service, and I was able to hangout and warm up on a frigid day in a relaxing, cozy atmosphere!

Dropped my wife off at work and waited 30 minutes till they opened. Definitely worth it. These guys know how to make bagels. Best bagel I've had ever. Made my day. Shout out to the employees making us bagels at 5am!

Super cool, hardworking people here. They make awesome coffees, I usually get one before school or work and they never disappoint. My little brother absolutely loves the brisket bagel. Great place ,👍

Great place food was outstanding and service was good for as many orders as they were trying to put out. Nice to have a bagel place where they allow you to eat inside the establishment. We will be back for sure.

Drove out of our way to get a Farmhouse. So good. We used to have a “Coffee & Bagels” Caribou Coffee up in North Branch when we lived there, but then they went to just Caribou. Caribou’s knockoff-version, heat-and-eat sandwich can’t measure up in any way, shape, or form to a true Einstein Farmhouse.

I ordered, and got EXACTLY what I ordered!!! May have been the person I dealt with? Nonetheless, I order a pretty difficult drink for rookies! Usually have to hold their hand! This location had NO problem! Twice!

STAY AWAY from the Rockford rd Plymouth location just west of 169 near cub foods! WORST service EVER!!! I actually went live on face book asking why they were so rude and willing to steal from me!? Still no resolve! But THIS location knows what they are doing!!!

The service at this location has dramatically improved inside the store. I believe I've done Yelp reviews regarding my previous visits to this location, in which I complained heavily about the service (excluding the drive through service- always great here).

Today a family member & I ate breakfast & coffee at this location & it was a great visit! There was not one thing to improve. Smiles &great service, great tasting food. Yay!

This Einstein's location "NAILED IT!" when it comes to customer service! I was having a problem with redeeming Shmear Society points, drove 20 miles to this location because my local Einstein's would not redeem my points, only to find that the computer system was malfunctioning and they could not get my account up on the screen. Well, the Manager (Reese) totally took responsibility and comped me the bagels! He was sympathetic and pro-active! I wish this location was not so far from home; I'd be going here for my bagel needs. They earned my business!

Always the quickest drive-thru Caribou around AND the staff has always been super nice! So glad Brooklyn Center has a drive-thru option for my favorite coffee place! My husband LOVES the everything bagel and gets mad if I don't bring him one if he sees my coffee cup!

It's been over 2 yrs since I've been to one of these Einstein bagel places. I had a free BIRTHDAY coupon, to purchase a drink and get a sandwich free. I don't drink coffee and they said they had pop (2 kinds, lol) for me. I was overwhelmed with the choices, so they patiently explained the ingredients to me.

5 consecutive visits to this location has been perfect which is RARE at any business in Brooklyn Center. I will continue satisfying my crave for the toasted bacon egg and cheese bagel with the caramel mocha coffee something something latte? Whatever it is, it's always good.

This location has just the sweetest staff! I come by multiple times a week to get fuel for my early mornings and everyone here just puts a bright start to my day. Try the cherry yogurt danish!

Vicki at the drive thru is amazing, so fast and professional. The iced caramel cold brew is perfect, add whip-- live alittle! The bacon avocado breakfast sandwich is full of freshness and flavor.

What a great way to start the day off! I had a very large order, called in 20 minutes ahead of time and Tyesha got it right! This location never fails and delivers on time! Thank you Tyesha for your hard work!!!
