The young man at the register was great and helpful. Clean spot and lively. Thanks for the much needed coffee after handling MN roadways.... sheesh.... plus the staff made my day with super awesome energy!

The baristias on the early morning shift are super friendly. Every time I've stopped by, they have brightened my day. They also never mess up my order.

Second time visiting Starbucks and it was delicious 😋

Very friendly location! Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they always get my order correct even when I do funny orders. I forgot to ask the name of the gentleman whose always there in the mornings, but he's a delight. Hopefully Starbucks raises their wages, because I can tell y'all are working hard and I know baristas don't make what they deserve.

They have limited hours right now as they are working to train more staff quickly. They are awesome!! The order taker was nice and cheerful and then explained what was going on when I got to the window. Everyone inside was nice and looked like they were working hard.

I did a mobile order and didn’t realize it was for Crystal, and not Brooklyn Blvd. location, Maylonnie not sure if I spelled correctly…was super nice and said not to worry she would take care of me here!! That was super generous of her!!! Thanks so much!!

Service is always incredible at this location. I had one issue with an incorrect drink made but was already home and putting the kids to bed before I got to it. I called the next day and they refunded me and told me to stop by for a free drink. Very kind! I'm always greeted with a joyful, "hi!" And a kind smile at the drive thru window.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. I can always count on them making my drink right!!

I can't say enough good things about this Starbucks! The team that works here is exceptional and always treats me with such patience and kindness. The drive through is always full but they keep a well oiled machine and move things along quickly. They are always smiling and laughing! Every time I bring my dog with me they offer him a puppacino and he gets so excited to see them. My drink is always made to perfection and on the very small chance it isn't they make sure to fix it right away. Every employee I've encountered has been a joy to work with and they deserve to be commended. The team is fantastic and I'm so happy to visit them regularly!

The only complaint I have with the store is that when they did the remodel they set up a bunch of pub tables in the middle of the store. I'm sure the intention was to create a waiting line for the registers but it makes it difficult to get in and out of the store and it's a pretty tight squeeze.

Love Starbucks! But the order ahead feature needs an option to say I will be picking up inside or in drive-thru. AND the employees need to take a look at the pile.of orders that are ready and call out the names. I know it was busy but there were lots of food and drinks finished behind the counter.

I wanted to post a review to share appreciation for the customer service at this location. I'm aware that good staff is hard to find right now across the service industry, so I hope this is a testament to management that is treating their team well. Give 'em all a raise!

This Starbucks always provides excellent customer service. Never had I encountered an employee who was having a bad day. Quick and friendly service! The only down side of this location is the drive-thru and parking space. They either need to expand their store or move location. The drive-thru is so tiny; when it is backed up, the line goes out onto the road where there is somewhat of heavy traffic. When busy, the drive-thru can make it hard for people to exit or enter the parking lot.

Either that, the store is always well-kept, the coffee is great and the service is friendly!

Seriously my favorite Starbucks. I am and events manager in the restaurant business and I go to so many because of special events. I go out of my way regularly to go to the Brooklyn Center Starbucks. They are friendly, efficient, and CONSISTENT. My drink is always exactly right. I go to so many other locations where it’s a gamble. Haha. Well done guys!

I go to all different starbucks locations, this is my favorite location. They are always friendly, the drive thru is always fast and it is super rare that your order isn't right. No big deal if it is because they fix it fast and send you off with a smile! 5 stars!!!

I'm giving it a high rating not for the service or drinks but for the atmosphere the wonderful lady ahead of me bought me a gift card.

What is there not to love? They are fast and efficient, the drinks and food are also tasty and the people are friendly. Also be nice kids, remember to tip; I'm in a services industry and it's always super appreciated. Favorite place to go when I decide to treat myself to breakfast on the way to work once in a while.

Usually it's fantastic! And no one's perfect so every now and then you might get a beverage that is unfamiliar. But that no way that makes their hard work they bust their butts in there to keep us liquefied. I love them

Fast drive-thru, employees were nice. My caramel mocha was good and hot.
