AT&T Store

Came in to the store two days in a row and was having difficulty with an Apple Watch. Julia ( retail associate) & Tyler (the manager) were both very patient on the first day with my 80+ yr old grandmother. They were knowledgeable and thorough when answering questions and walking me through the process. I really appreciate them both for being courteous and helpful with what seemed like an impossible task in the beginning. Highly recommend these two for customer service! Thank you!

Been to a few AT&T stores, but this one by far is the best the young man and young lady assisted me where others have failed. They were on top of their game.Toni is on point!

Was in 7/06 went in after work to change phone. Was acknowledged quickly and friendly. Told Toni what I wanted. He was informative and didn't rush me. He was supportive and gave me info on two phones I was trying to decide between. He was interrupted a couple of times and handled the situation cool, calm, and collected. Was in the previous week and told that gentleman my situation, wanting to see what I had to do to get into a different phone. Very friendly and professional as well. Researched our account and gave us all the options we had. Answered any questions we had. Even though we did not buy anything that day, he did not make us feel like we wasted his time. During our 7/06 purchase from start to finish was under 35 minutes. Most of those minutes were me trying to figure out which phone I wanted.

Very kind and professional with helping me with my business. Wait time can very but patients is key so every customer can have the best experience possible.

I was having trouble with an online purchase not going through so I called the store they had everything in stock that I wanted to purchase.
Tyler was fabulous he showed me all that was available to me,explained everything and assisted me with setting up my new phone.
I won't make the mistake of shopping online again when I can go into a store have a pleasant experience and might I say the other associates were very nice as well.

We were at the AT&T store in Oneonta yesterday. Xavier assisted us. He was professional and extremely patient. He took his time explain our options and assisted us with every request we made.
It was a great way to start our day.
Staff like Xavier are not only an asset to the company but good role models for other staff.

The employees were incredibly helpful during my family's visit. They helped me get on plan with my boyfriend and work with my father and his girlfriend to switch over to first net. The employees were very personable and we all got along well. They stayed open almost an hour later to help finish setting up our new plan and cell phones. The 45 minute drive there was completely worth it. I would absolutely go back.

Mason at the Oneonta NY store is down right an amazing person. He did everything in a kind, friendly, and professional manor! Even though it took longer than his scheduling! Extremely satisfied with his work!!!🤘

I just want to say that the gentleman working at this store were so helpful and explained everything I needed to know. No matter how many questions I asked, they were so polite and for that I can't thank them enough. Hats off to Clifford and Xavier. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience.

Went to unlock wifi-calling. We had an excellent experience! The young male associate was professional, polite and knowledgable. Will visit this store again. I highly recommend this associate.

Yesterday I came in to get my new phone activated since I broke my other one. I was a bit frustrated calling the number to speak with a representative so I came in to get help. They had me on hold for almost an hour and it didn't seem like neither sim card would work. First I spoke with who I'm assuming was new (I believe she was a trainee.). She tried helping with my sim card problem and when she couldn't do it she went to get a co-worker for help. She was very friendly too and helpful with some knowledge I didn't know about phones like taking out the battery might help some problems. She told me to try that when the new phone couldn't read the sim card.

At first it seemed we couldn't get it activated, although the employee was persistent on helping and did an excellent job. It got to the point I felt keeping my number wasn't worth the hassle so I told him to just get me a new one. He said if it didn't work after this try he'd do it and it worked. I kept my same number too! I felt bad because it was near closing time and most businesses at closing time clean up and prepare for the next day.

I can't really remember their name, but I think it was Mason (guy with short blonde hair). If management sees this I hope you reward this employee for their great work!

My hubby needed help setting up his new phone and Christine at the Oneonta store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had it all done for him very quickly. In the past when we have been in the store, she helped us too. She’s so personable and sweet!!

David was amazing! He helped me and went the extra mile with all my needs. He’s very nice and listened to all my issues with my device and did a excellent job apply my screen protector on!! I highly recommend him!!!

I would like to thank Kurt at this AT&T store for the incredible service and personal attention. My husband and I are not very tech savvy and needed guidance in obtaining phones and a plan and the know-how to set up these accounts. Besides walking out w a new phone. And one that was appropriate for our needs. We also had the peace of mind that if there was any confusion we would be welcome to call or come in to resolve any problem. And these were not just platitudes. I did come in for resolving confusion on an issue and walked out with being happily “un-confused “. And if you call 611 you can actually speak to a pleasant and helpful representative. Not get a tech-buddy on messenger. Very happy here.

Had a wireless home phone problem, and the Manager helped us solve it toot-sweet. I had almost 3 weeks of messing around on phone and online with AT&T Wireless. Xaviar had the situation taken care of in about 15 minutes or so. Thanks, again, Gentlepeople of Southside Mall!

I had an incredible experience this evening at the AT&T store in Oneonta. Autumn was patient, kind, and persistent in helping resolve an issue that had been plaguing me for several days. Her knowledge and patience put me at ease and I was thrilled to leave the store in victory.😁

Great employees who helped me set up my IMO and they knew what they were doing! Helps customers to fully understand there bill breakdown and always give great customer service no matter the issue!!

Autumn was extremely helpful and quickly and knowledgeably answered all my questions about direct TV and phone plans. Not to mention her attitude and helpfulness made the store an environment I wanted to be in. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!
