Great service. Limited used game selection for our system, but that's not Gamestops fault. We were able to get Madden 2024 with no problem. The salesperson was terrific.

One of the best customer service hands down. Very attentive but not pushy. Even recommended other stores for the things we weren’t looking for. Definitely shopping with them again.

Brian and the whole team are always really patient and truly helpful... my son has a thousand and one questions and they ALWAYS take the time to explain to both him, and to me, whether or not its a good ( & appropriate) choice. Never felt rushed or pressured to spend more than I came prepared to spend... I'm truly grateful that I have them as a sounding board as gaming isn't a huge interest for me, but it definitely is for my son. Great service and our first choice for brick and mortar game shopping.

Their employees make the difference. Returned an order I made online and the slip that was sent didn't have the info that a receipt would normally have but their staff made the process completely painless! I will definitely continue to go back.

When their customers have had broken HDMI ports on their PS4, PS5, or Xbox, they have referred them to us. They have also referred people with Nintendo Switch problems to us as well. Anytime we have needed accessories for consoles that we are working on, we have picked them up from GameStop.

They have some new tmnt stuff.. fingers crossed for more new arrivals soon

I will update this review when I remember the name of the man who always helps me. While staff is always great, they go our of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome there and keep up a really positive atmosphere.

This has got to be the best gamestop I have ever visited. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and just downright nice. I like the fact they also will work hard for each individual customer to find what your looking for nearby if they don't have it in stock. If your a gamer that likes to go in a gamestop and look around definitely drop by this one. 💯

Store leader was pretty nice and helped me choose a game for my daughter since she's just now getting into the game world. Quick friendly service.

They were helpful and friendly unlike the Biloxi location who told us that only the Gulfport location bought older games while laughing the whole time even after I explained the hour plus walk to get there.

I walked in and was given the greeting of the day and I noticed how clean the place was. It looks like they had plenty of stocking and all the shelves were full. I found what I was looking for and check out was easy.

One of the best GameStops I have ever been to. Games are well organized, with preorders and new games on one section and preowned and older games in another. Merchandise isn't sprawled throughout the store on every wall, but instead is in the middle of the store, where you can also find games on sale. The employees here are also very kind and don't try to shove a preorder or Plus account at you. I am very pleased with this GameStop.👍
