Good selection, friendly staff, and plenty of places to try on boots. Went in search of new boots for my wife and came out satisfied with new boots in hand.

Good people work here I bought a pair of twisted x boots that split at the seem the same day I bought them and they worked quickly to get me a pair of replacement boots.

I went looking for work boots. They had a great selection of the major brands across the price spectrum. I had done some initial research then decided to give a local merchant the first shot. Glad I did. Prices were competitive and they had all sizes.

The shopping experience was much better than one of the big box stores. Family business, friendly people, warm environment, and some fine boots (clothes, too). Beyond the large work boot section were men's and women's boots of every style and price point. The person helping me knew her boots, materials, and fit/wear patterns.

The only negative for me was inconsistent price marking. Some had it, some didn't. This time, though, I'm marking that up to getting product on the shelves quickly for the holiday customers. Hopefully they'll catch that up when the dust settles a bit.

I wish I could remember the girls name that assisted me during my visit, however this was an amazing visit! Not only did she go above and beyond any expectation I had of her as far as assisting me in which pair of boots I wanted, trying on multiple pairs of boots, explaining to me the difference between all of the different styles and brands, and helping me with boot insouls, but just absolutely wonderful above and beyond service! It was so good I asked them if they accept it tips, and when she said yes that they can I tipped her $20 personally!

Great place to shop. Lots of staff willingly to help. Could see how people might feel a bit invasive when you got 10 staff members following you around the store. Other than that me and the family was happy with our purchases

I came in today to try on a pair of Ariat boots to get the right size to order direct from manufacturer. The people in the store were very helpful and even look up info in the catalog for me. Even when they knew I wasn't going to make a purchase today. They were very helpful. I will go back in the future. Great customer service.

So I usually buy slip on boots but I actually tried several different types of boots/shoes on this time and Timberlane lace ups were like wearing Nike or something. Bought them and wore them for the first time today. ABSOLUTELY the most comfortable boot I ever put on. No break in or anything.

The Boot Outlet is a fabulous store!! I travelled there from Mobile, Al. because my husband had bought a pair of boots that ended up having a defect after over 6 months or so, but this store is so great they had absolutely no issues with taking the boots back and exchanging them for another pair. The original store actually didn't have the pair we needed in stock so they called around to their other stores until they found the boots we needed. Very helpful folks and I love the smell of the store!! It obviously stocked with leather products!! Oh, and they throw in the leather conditioning oils!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs anything leather, from purses and wallets to belts and boots!! Awesome store!!

I was helped immediately by a young lady named Grace. She showed me exactly what i needed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes... The boots were 40 bucks cheaper than anywhere around. it was the fastest and easiest 200 bucks i have spent in a long time. It reminded me why my last 3 pair of work boots have been purchased at this location. This place is one of the last few brick and mortar stores that beat online shopping.
