Great deals and a helpful, friendly staff!

They have a great variety of shoes and the prices are good for the quality. I use good judgment, though, because sometimes there are some shoes that are way overpriced. In that case I usually wait for their sales. They send great sales to your email if you register with them. Right now they have a great bogo sale!

Found some really nice shoes here priced really decent as well.

Staff went above and beyond making sure I w as satisfied. Been shopping here since 2005 only thing is I see they doesn't carry the Reebok brand anymore. Other than that still my go to store.

Good selections.Staff very helpful.Prices good.They were very busy due to holiday shopping but still took time to answer questions and assist finding the right size and shoe for my grandson.

Always love this place. Being in food service and having to buy slip resistance shoes can be a pain, never any choices or the brands like tread safe from walmart just break away after 3 months, but at shoe carnival I can find brand names at a dont hurt me price

Let me start off by saying that the “MANAGER”in GULPORT, MS...I think her name is “Danette” IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We stopped by like we do every year for the tax free back to school sale..... And after about 5 mins of running around looking for these certain pairs of sneakers (1 of 4) I might add.....she jumped into action! And let me tell u it took work!!! I was complimenting her the entire time because she hung in there with the best customer service u could possibly imagine! Because if it was me I would have given up after about 10 mins!!! When we finally made it to the register the Cashier (whose name I’m sorry to say I didn’t get)....WAS THE NICEST CASHIER EVER.....all I know is that she was African American and had a beautiful smile! From now on I will only shop this Shoe Carnival....because a good manager with a good attitude will reflect in the employees!! 10’s across the board!!

Pleasant experience at this location. Im not sure who he was but the gentleman that asked me how i was doing and if i needed any help was not only great at customer service but made my day just by making me laugh. Thanks Sir. Store was clean

Good store have great sales a lot of nice variety and shoes and if you catch them they have buy one get one half price I like this store
