Sam's Club

The Gulf Shores Sam's Club location is one of the nicest that I have visited. I have been in dozens of locations. We arrived on a Sunday morning not long after opening, and the parking lot was only about half full. The vibe of this location seemed more upscale than many locations. It was well lit and tidy. There was a robotic floor scrubber wandering about the store with a Halloween skeleton in the driver seat (sorry I didn't take a photo). The gasoline price was several cents less than any that we've seen locally. The store was well stocked but not cluttered as some stores are. The scan and go app worked flawlessly, and we were in and out rather quickly.

This is my favorite place to shop they save me money earned me cash back plus help me with anything that I need it worked out because you only end up having to shop like once a month

Great customer service with Aimee at the front and Jacoery at the register! It was my first time using the barcode system. They showed me good old fashion customer service!

Great place to shop. I love the curbside puck up option and being able to use Scan & Go. I never have to stand in line!

I always enjoy going into the Sam's. They have all kinds of different products and sometimes give out samples. I like the pharmacy department. They have my prescription filled in a timely manner, and all the staff are always very helpful and friendly 🙂. The café is very nice . I love the pizza special.❤

Crowded, but everyone was patient and kind. Lines moved smoothly. Of course they had only a few cashier's.

Tire service was great! They ordered the tires that everywhere else couldn’t find! Great guys installed the tires and in a short time! Great bunch of guys thank you!

We love us some Sam's Club! The rotisserie chickens are the best! Always have something that you want.

I had my tires rotated and at the same time had new tire pressure sensors installed on all four wheels. The quote for replacing just one , from my vehicle's dealership, was over $360. I purchased new sensors online for $48 each (Sam's does not sell those) and the installation charge per sensor was $5. They also reprogrammed the new sensors so my warning light is no longer on.

I absolutely love this place. The deals are awesome and the staff is super friendly. I also love their ready to bake meals.

Extremely busy!! Especially at the snack bar!! But I got what I was after. A new battery for my riding mower. Needed a 350 cca battery but the only place that had one was Auto Zone for $69 with a 30 day warranty. 😂 I passed on that offer. Bought a 300 cca battery for $46 with a 6 month warranty!! Duracell brand. The guy in the auto battery dept was friendly and courteous. Now to go home and see if 300 cca battery is going to be strong enough to crank a 18 HP engine!! 🤞

Love everything about the Scan & Go App. No more waiting in long lines to check out.
Especially @ the gas pumps. Fantastic!!
Pick up service is awesome, too.

They had what we needed for our trip to Greece…..sweater, pants and socks.The weather is cooler there. We got munchies for the trip

Absolutely love shopping here if you're buying in bulk! The prices are usually very good compared to other shopping centers and the store is usually very clean and stocked well! The workers are nice as well and helpful if you have questions about where things may be located and how much they might cost. It's basically Walmart but with a membership fee! It's definitely worth it if you go shopping quite a bit and buy a good bit of items. But if not then the membership fee wouldn't be worth it. But give them a shot and I promise you'll like it. They even still give out samples!! Doesn't get much better than that!

I wanted to give Chasity Melvin a five star review for going above and beyond to help me when I was having issues with using my Sam's Cash. For some reason the computer system acknowledged I had Sam's Cash but would not let me apply it to my purchases.

I spent several hours with representatives at both the Customer Service Desk at Sam's club and on the phone with their "Help Desk" (if you can even call it a "Help Desk"). I received the run around for several weeks before I connected with Chasity in Customer Service at the club. She epitomizes what Customer Service is about. She went above and beyond to help resolve the situation by opening a new account for me and transferring the Sam's Cash to a card so I could finally use it.

We need more Chasity Melvin's in the customer service world. She is a rare find and I hope that Sam's Club Management recognizes what a gem of a employee they have working with them.

The young man collecting carts this afternoon was so nice, got the heavy battery out of my truck bed and loaded the new one for me! The guys working in the tire center were very nice and helpful also.
