They were all very helpful and friendly. Even though Geek Squad no longer works on consoles, they did their best to help me. They even directed me to something to help better protect my gaming consoles in addition to the surge protection I already had!

The staff and the Geeks were so helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and helped compare products so we got just what we needed. The man that helped me pick out the perfect pc and monitor for a very good price

I had an online order to pick up and that process was super easy. While there, my husband decided to buy a new TV. Every single employee we saw asked if we needed help and they were all friendly. The employees here reminded me that there are still professional, helpful employees out there and they need to be recognized more often. Thank you for the positive experience. And BTW, husband did end up buying a very large TV at a great price. What I liked most is that there was NO pressure to upgrade or buy. Jimmy answered or questions and addressed our issues so we could make an educated decision. Thank you again Best Buy employees for pleasant shopping experience.

Bought an alarm for our vehicle at a discount compared to other audio visual shops and I must say that the install quality of the main lead technician is superb. I want to say his name is John and Thank you for being so informative and engaging with your clientele along with taking the time to care for the cars interior like it’s your own. I couldn’t even tell that my car was worked on and every thing needed to install the remote start and alarm was perfect and done professionally clean. Best Buy by far blew the competition out of the waters with pricing and installation Quaker on top of being such a reputable company. Thank you again John

Used Best Buys Geek Squad to set up some new items. Super nice guy showed up as scheduled, on time. Got things changed out....I'd use them again !

Went in for a couple items, got what I needed plus some awesome knowledge. Had gotten the kids a couple nintendo switch lites recently. Had some connectivity issues. Young dude helped me out with fixing it. Went back to my little angels with the solution and got all the cool points!!!

Best Buy has a wide variety of quality electronics. However, I think it's the warranty options that make Best Buy one of the best options to shop for electronics.

Geek Squad is always very helpful and their service plan has helped us several times with multiple devices (laptops).

The customer service was impeccable! They didn't have what I needed but the lady that helped me offered to check the location in D'Iberville.

Covington location is decent but be careful when ordering online to ensure your store is set to Covington and not Slidell which seems to happen on IOS. This Best Buy location is better than most. 🏆

Went in with questions about a new sound system to replace our 13 year old system that was failing. We received excellent information and advice and were shown a variety of options. We decided to leave, think and talk about it and then we returned the next day and made our selection! We are very happy with the product we chose! Another successful trip to Best Buy!!!
