The Home Depot

My husband and I were in Home Depot today, we were in looking at washer and dryers. Billy was the gentleman from the appliance department. He went way up and beyond to help us and answer our questions. He also helped us before Christmas with a gift we were interested in purchasing, again he was very helpful. Home Depot needs more employees like Billy.

Never mind I just got home from work and I have to go to the store and get a regular bank card for my mom and dad has a very good idea of what I did and I was thinking about you and I would like to get together for a little bit of the time I was going to try to get something to eat and then I went to bed early and I was thinking about getting the vaccine 💉💉💉

Truck drivers that deliver here. It is very easy to get in and out. Please chock wheels and dolly down landing gear. It is there safety rules.
Very very polite people to deal with.

I love Home Depot because you get great quality products. Appliances, plants, flowers, paint, lumber etc. All good. Another thing is great customer service. There's always someone willing to help you and answer questions. They always make your shopping experience an enjoyable one.

Yes, went to home Depot and the staff was very kind. The store was clean. I was needing moving boxes. The gentleman helped me with everything I needed and checked me right out. No line. Great customer service.

Great place to shop. Very convenient area . I always find everything I need here. You also can order online and pick it up at the store for free.

I am not ashamed to admit that I really don't know much about home improvement. My husband needed a thing to fix our sink so he handed me the broken part and sent me to Home Depot to buy a replacement. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and patient with me. The people at the front looked up the item I needed and told me what isle it's on. The employee in the isle showed me which one to get. I'm training my dog to be a therapy dog so I took her because I use every opportunity I have to train her to behave in public and everyone loved her.I loved how easy it was to get gardening equipment. The employees in gardening are awesome. I'm very ignorant when it comes to this kind of stuff and not a single person there made me feel stupid or insecure about it. Overall I had a good experience.

The employees were very attentive and helped me to locate the items that I had no clue where they were at ln this very large store. At checkout I was helped not by one but two employees...I highly recommend the Home Depot in Gulfport Mississippi.

I came in to find a U shape AC unit after no luck at Lowe’s. People there helped me locate it. I had questions on the U shape AC comparing to your typical box like AC unit. A guy name Billy was the man to answer all my questions confidently and did so with a smile and awesome customer service! He spoke from experience as well. He made sure I was satisfied and had all my questions answered before proceeding to another customer. I haven’t set up my unit yet. I had to make sure I made credit where it’s due before I forget. Thank you so much for a wonderful shopping experience!

I was impressed with the customer service. Throughout the time we were there at least 4 employees checked on us asking if we needed any help etc. One even got a tape measure for us. At checkout the cashier was very friendly and talkative. We found what we needed and prices were good. It was nice going there and not having to look for someone to help us. The pic is somet i hadn't seen before which I thought was neat so that's why took picture of it. 😁

We had the best helper of the name Benjamin, knew what he was talking about and stayed with us until we got what we need , kudos !!

Going early makes shopping easier with quicker check out. Good variety of products.

Talked to Milwaukee rep at the gulfport store today. Great guy (Michael) very helpful. Would not have bought tools today if not for his knowledge kindness today .So glad I did not order online from somewhere else.

Michael is still the man. He continues to help refine my list of need tools.

Prices were ok, service was a bit slow to getting some cutting done but overall ok

The Home Depot has everything you need. Prices are pretty fair & Friendliness is great.

We love Home Depot. We live on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Every year, we need to do storm damage repair.
Home Depot usually has just what we need or can get it.
This year we had to replace our floor from termite damage. Got most everything from Home Depot. Just need to install shoe molding and we are finished.

While browsing and doing some price comparison for some renovation plans, I was assisted by a extremely helpful young lady by the name, Sharie. I did not purchase my items at this time but will be back to do so.

For the first time ever I was asked by someone if they could help me which I very much needed. They were very nice and helped me so I was able to get in and get out quickly. And I am a handicap person I can't walk long distances so I was so blessed to get a motorized cart. Everything was perfect. I will now go back again. I generally go to Lowe's because they always help me.
