Great service; better follow-up when a delivery problem was reported (in the past) and better than great customer service when correction of the delivery problem was supported by the UPS Store's ownership/management. On top of that, UPS' shipping costs are often lower than those of the USPS. What's not to like?

From the moment I walked in the door, they were wonderful. Kaiden took care of me and my package, and he was professional, personable and answered all of my questions and I highly recommend you guys. Thank you for the great service!

A nice employee named Michael helped me with properly packaging my item and helped me choose the best shipment option after I appeared very clueless (which I was) on how to go about shipping out my package in order for it to arrive the quickest and most efficiently. Will definitely be coming back and asking for his help next time!

Not sure why it has such bad reviews. I purchased something and was sent the wrong product. I was told to print out the shipping label from the sender and return it at the UPS store. I put it in the box that it came in and I printed the shipping label but I did not tape the box up or cover up any of the other stickers. I don't usually do returns so I was relying on the kind employee who helped me. I didn't get her name but she took the package for me said she would cover up all the other stickers and markings and she would tape the box up for me. I was in and out was in 30 seconds. Great experience.

Didn’t have to wait to long. Susan stated my package would be delivered tomorrow.

Even in this Christmas rush, the employee was friendly, helpful, and made me feel important. He was not rushing me at all.

I have used this location numerous times. Today, I was trying to get a very awkward package through the door, and one of the employees noticed and immediately came to help. Every time I've ever used this location to ship returns, the staff has always been efficient and professional. This is and will always be my only choice to ship packages. It's nice to know there is someplace you can always count on.

When I went in today, it never occurred to me that people would literally line up on the sidewalk outside due to holiday shipping. I just had Amazon returns to make. I helped a woman inside with all of her packages and just was patiently waiting my turn. One of the store associates asked for people with returns to step up with him (he didn’t have a register because of all of the other staff working). Instead of just hanging back to help the next person in-line shipping something, he whipped us through since we didn’t need the scales/packaging/postage and out the door we went. Amazing customer service!

I really appreciate this store! They even will pack the items for me when I can't find a suitable box! They are always so helpful and nice! Even will talk and joke with me!

I ship lots of things out of here and I've never had one problem. Go in well before close and be polite, and you'll have no issues. I usually go in there with no idea of anything other than where my object is going. They take care of measuring, giving me price ranges to ship (some not even through UPS) and package most of my products. Never had one thing come up missing or broken, accidents happen though, luckily for me not yet.

Very Busy Store, all staff try very hard to make experience quick and painless. Even when customers are lined up to the door, no one stands in line more than 10 minutes. People in Muncie are lucky to have a shipping convenience as this.

Emma is an amazing employee. She was helpful, kind, and knowledgable. Her vibe put me at ease and made me want to come back just to be her friend.

I go here about once a week to send out very fragile material and ANDREW always treats me with the utmost respect and I have never had one shipping problem because of how great ANDREW is. I call to make sure hes working before I even go in. To get good customer service you have to be a good customer, so come before the last ten minutes of his shift and experience what being a good customer is like at this awesome location. he even taught me how to package glass correctly. Andrew is a perfect employee.
PATRICK LONG, I highly doubt you graduated with a degree in customer service, like I did. so please. don't go to restaurants. don't go to Europe, and please stop writing reviews. your opinion is atrociously uneducated

I have been to the Muncie UPS store on several occasions to have my printing needs met. Everything from large print jobs, to brochures. The staff has always been friendly and on time with my printing projects. I highly recommend the Muncie location. Fast and friendly!

They picked up, packed and shipped my stuff purchased remotely, from just a phone call. Very well packed sensitive instruments, and decent price overall. Very helpful.
