Excellent customer service! My husband and I looked around multiple stores and decided a set from Ashley was the way we wanted to go. They will mix and match pieces for your personal preferences and offer 2 different delivery methods at good costs or hold your purchase while you take as many trips as you need to haul it home yourself! Thank you for the experience!

Great selection of home goods, pleasant interaction with associates at the store, well-lit and set floor displays, excellent customer service at the store and at the warehouse. Quick turnaround and communications on the placed order. They didn’t have what was advertised in the flyer when I stopped in but I got an acceptable and comparable item at the advertised price. I would shop there again.

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture Home Store. The staff were so helpful and patient with us! They gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and everything we needed to make it happen!

Great service! I just wanted to share that we visited near 20 furniture stores and were frustrated at how pushy their sales teams were. Brady quickly greeted us here and gave us the space we needed to make our decision which led to the purchase of our first new couch. As a sales manager that trains agents for a living, I appreciated his friendliness and giving us time to actually think without talking our ears off! Keep up the good work bud.

10/10. very affordable, financing is very easy to set up and we were offered 12 months no interest. Any longer term financing needed has such a small interest rate, it’s absolutely worth it. From walking into the store and walking out with a full bedroom suit took 15 minutes. Delivery and installation is offered,(typically between 100-150$ depending on location). Ashley furniture is quality, affordable and all around a great environment to buy furniture.

Brady was amazing at helping my husband and I pick out a couch! We really appreciated him being honest and open with all information but never pushy! This store in general was very good at listening to what we wanted, showing us where to find those items, and then letting us look around on our own without following us around like most furniture stores we've had experience with. We really appreciated that!

Brady was An amazing person and helpful. He was extremely helpful in the regards of getting what I wanted and needed kn regards of bedframes and box springs.

Met a salesperson as I walked in the door. He graciously pointed me in the correct direction of my requests. He did mention his name, so when I had questions, I just called out his name and he appeared. After answering my questions, I explained my need to go pick up my grandson. He smiled and gave me his card. What a great experience it was. I called him at opening the next
morning to tell him what to hold for me - and that I would be in before his lunch time. Better than internet shopping! Real people working for a living. I support local!

Salesperson John was wonderful. He told us what areas we would find recliners. We went looking at the recliners and John didn't follow us around he just knew when to come and ask us if we had any questions. He was not a pushy salesperson. We would highly recommend him as a salesperson. Matter of fact everyone was friendly in the store. We would come back again and recommend this store to
anyone you won't be disappointed.
