Cloud9 smoke and vape shop

I almost never leave reviews for places but the service at Cloud9 is special. They recently started selling rare nike sneakers and the prices are extremely reasonable. Lucas is top G, best employee to get help from in the store. Overall its a super welcoming environment and I just enjoy going there too much to not let people know how great it is.

My favorite smoke shop to go too! The guy is always nice and helpful. Even making sure my vapes work correctly before I leave. It's the little things that keep me coming back.. and the discounts help too!!

I’ll never go to a gas station again to buy nicotine products. I’ll forever keep going to these guys. They have a great selection of different stuff you might need. They’ve had everything I’ve needed for even better prices. They take care of me and they’ll take care of you. I’ll keep recommending this place to anyone and keep buying my products from them

The shop has a large selection of products. I was greeted immediately upon entering. He was very helpful & friendly. I was able to ask questions & not feel rushed. They also have a rewards program. Cloud 9 is the only shop I will go to! Definitely worth checking it out!

The bad reviews are very obviously people who don’t know what they’re doing or what products they need. I’ve been to this shop countless times and always walk out with something. Quality is guaranteed because they ask you to check/use your disposable device before you walk out of the store. I’ve only ever had one device fail on me and they gave me a refund, replaced it, and let me keep the defective product all on the spot. They always have new devices in stock every time I visit (every 1-2 weeks) and they even take recommendations on what new devices to get in. I’ve always been helped and treated well as this shop, I don’t go anywhere else.

Lucas is a great lad who helped me out plenty. Cloud 9 is a real good spot with just about anything cloudy you need! 10/10 would easily recommend

Can’t describe the amazing customer service they offer. They are very respectful people. Every time I go back it gets better and better and they have everything literally everything a smoker can ask for. DEFINITELY THE BEST SMOKE SHOP AROUND!

This is by far the best smoke shop in Muncie with its wide selection of products and superb customer service. The employee Lucas is my favorite person to shop off of from shoes to vaping products. Go check Cloud 9 out!

Mohsin (the owner) and Lucas are the most exceptional smoke shop workers I have ever encountered. They have a huge selection of all smoke products and I would highly recommend them to anybody!
