Alex in hardware was quick and helpful! What an asset he is on the team! Willing to go out of his way for customers and coworkers alike! You can tell his coworkers enjoy working with him! And Cory in paint is so nice and patient! I enjoy seeing those 2 when I shop at Lowes!

This is my place. I shop I always have a good shopping experience and always have a good time talking to all of the well trained staff there. Very well quality product's. And love having a good time with them! And many laugh's. Love this place. Sterling!

I paid about 3500 for a fridge, washer and dryer. The sales person was awesome! However the delivery team broken my brand new tv on the wall bringing the fridge in didn’t say anything to anyone then left. I have a mark on the new fridge that lines up with the tv. Called Lowe’s to complain and was told they use a third party for delivery and gave me a number basically washing their hands of the situation. That was over a month ago. I was able to submit the claim but that’s as far as it went. The number now just goes straight to voice mail regardless of when you call and no one ever calls you back. I went back into Lowe’s yesterday and talked to manager Katie she was the best! She made me a terrific deal on a riding lawn mower to make up for the damaged tv and experience I had with delivery and also made sure I would not have to go back through that delivery team again. She and Austin did wonders to rebuild my trust! I hope lowes appreciates them as much as I do for taking a horrible experience and making it so much better for me and my family! Thank you!

Great place to find quality home improvement products. I also like the grilling section. The Kamado Big Block lump charcoal is awesome! The kitchen sinks are awesome.

Neede plumbing supplies and Lucas was a great help, tho I didn't find what was needed!

Had to get some specific nuts for a project and it was a hard to find thread. Bill and Briana in the parts department were awesome. We tried out tons of threads and sizes and were able to find the parts I was looking for! 10/10

Usually has what I am looking for in stock. This is a smaller store, easy to navigate. Most staff are somewhat knowledgeable. App is useful to find where an item is located and is reasonably accurate. Furnace filters are never in the same location and move every 3-6 months, otherwise everything is usually in the same section.

Sales associates with very helpful, pointing out the plus and negatives of different products for what my particular needs were. I appreciate all their help. The toilet and store was very thorough and cleaned up and also the washing machine and dryer installers pointed out to me what was the benefits of my new washer and dryer. That was very quick and sitting out the washer and dryer and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Got a brand new Craftsman push mower, and I LOVE it!!

Unloading was quick and simple. No damages was done to my equipment and they did not drive in the back as if the floor is made of asphalt. Thanks Guys and I wish you all a Merry Christmas.....

Awesome places to help u fix stuff in your home

Lowes is the quintessential department store for home improvement. It is not so large as to squash smaller businesses. Big enough to carry a smattering of all departments and small enough to provide one-on-one direction to the right part. My only complaint, which is not big enough to delete a star, is that I constantly have to look a see if the part I have is the same one pictured on the box. Otherwise, Lowes is my store.

They have a big selection of a lot of stuff I got help the man was real respectful and showed me everything that I was asking about I really enjoyed going there
