McDonald's

This restaurant is close to Muncie Mall. So, traffic is always congested getting there. However, given the interior's design, it is a haven from the noise and hurry of the area. What appeals to me is that it has access from a quiet street on another side, away from mall traffic, so that I can exit via a stop light--rather than having to dart into mall traffic to get out.
The food is always well-prepared, and the staff is friendly. An oasis in the midst of frenzy.

Was really good. Food came out hot and as ordered. Staff seeing that I had a cane were extra helpful to make sure I didn't fall on newly mopped floors.

I usually come to this location with my son for lunch while homeschooling..... they always take care of us and give us service with a smile.... by far best McDonald's in town

Staff was noticably friendly. They gave my kids stickers, and they have a coloring center set up. They brought my drink to my table when it took a minute to make.

I say in the drivethrough at the ordering stage for over half hour and so we had to pull around and park go in And order our food

Food is great, it normally is made the way you order it instead of getting something you have no idea what it is. I base my experience from the food only. Now the workers.... Even managers are rude and act like we've messed up their day. They won't make cookies if they tell you they are out because it takes like 6 minutes and you can never get ice cream or shakes. Even though they display all the new shakes for the holidays.

Again, we went through the drive thru, so we created our own atmosphere! But service was good, and our coffee was fresh and tasty!!

This McDonald's is great they get you in and out as fast as they can and if they mess up on your order they will fix it for you with no problem.

Admittedly I only come here for the shakes, but their machine is always working which is a rare commodity! Many other McDonald's restaurants suffer from employees cleaning their machines towards the evening and being unwilling to serve shakes because they don't want to clean the machine again.

Service is quick and cheap, basically what you'd expect from any well-ran McDonald's.

Service was excellent, restaurant was very clean and staff very friendly. I didn't have to wait long and when I received my food it was hot. Great experience

Before I started working there they were always with orders and the correct item in the bag. The employees have always treated us well and others I have seen with respect such a kind of respectful place and clean. That's the reason I decided to join the team of Mc.donalds team I love the job and crews I work with are amazing people

One of the best McDonald's I've been to.. Tel here are a few McDonald's that I like over others. And this one and the one in gas city. Food is always fresh. Always hot. Don't slack on fries in the box. Great place with great service. If any issues. They are quick to fix and make it right without fuss.

My food was hot and I received my meal promptly. The quality was good also.

This is my favorite McDonald's because the people are very pleasant and friendly and work together as a team and most of all my food was fresh and hot.

Get curbside delivery, which is sometimes faster than the drive thru. Great friendly staff.

Busy early in the morning but not terribly. Per I handed money to & that gave me my order were very friendly

We visit McDonald's on a weekly basis sometimes two or three times their food is cheap and their sandwiches are good my kids love their fries my granddaughter is in love with the Happy Meals we can't even go past it without her saying McDonald's Happy Meal toy LOL she recently turned two, she knows her favorite restaurant.
