Outstanding experience! An employee by the name of Julia provided excellent service and attention to detail. Food was hot, fresh, and served with great professionalism. Hope to see this worker win employee of the month and employee of the year!

These people were absolutely incredible! Somehow we only got charged for a happy meal and fries and they paid for the rest!

This establishment has provided breakfast for me for like.... 3 months. Every week day. Judge not lest ye be judged.

I've always gotten five star costumer service here and if there was a mistake they would apologize and fix or replace the order courteously with a smile. Thank you Tilotson McDonald's and all your wonderful smiles.

I've been using curbside pickup for going on 3 years, and I have yet to receive anything but friendly, fast service. Food is always good by McD's standards.
Be nice to those in the service industry.

French Fries and Sprite I asked for extra ice in my drink and got extra ice!

Used the drive thru and was glad to see the same gentleman at the register window. He knows the system and runs the order input side like clockwork.
But, chronic overturn and limited training, slowed the pick up window to a crawl.

Food was great but went to bathroom and caught Ronald McDonald giving Wendy a "quarter pounder" if you know,what i mean.......
I'm mentally stimulated now. Now I want a quarter pounder not like,Wendy though.....

Went there for fries for my 5yo granddaughter. All I ordered was a drink and 2 fries. They parked me. I was the only one parked. We sat there (in the hot sun) for 9 minutes just for fries! I had to call them just to get the food brought out.

Only been here a few times, but they get 5 stars from me. Food was hot, service was quick, and there's never a bunch of "hang-arounds".

Wonderful service. Manager knows everyone by name and greets you as you come in or stops by to see you and make sure you have everything you need.

Our order was actually correct for once!! Only complaint on this trip is the biscuits were old and hard and the hash browns were not fresh. Otherwise everything was correct and was a good order.

On1/23/22 around 12:30 a lady super sweet with glasses had blue braids, we ordered Carmel frappes an she was so sweet, she expressed she made them herself an she did amazing!! Give that girl a raise the most genuine sweetest girl I’ve met at McDonald’s off of Tillotson in Muncie!

I pulled into this McDonalds at 6:30am on 10/12 with a flat tire, no jack, and a 230 mile drive home. Not only did they provide excellent and friendly service, but one of the employees, Donna, went out to her own car and got me her jack!!! I could not be more satisfied and would hope that Donna is rewarded appropriately!

What you'd expect from a McDonalds menu. I've never had any problems with this one, though, and the staff always seem to be fairly nice at worst and downright friendly now and then.
They also seem to be good quality more often, if not every time, compared to a good few McDonald.

All in all, a very solid McD's.

My daughter loves the caramel frappe drink. We tried the doughnut sticks this morning and my daughter and I liked them but my fiance didn't. They've got cinnamon and sugar on them so if you don't care for cinnamon you'll probably not like it.

The food was good and hot. The service was exceptional! They came around to your table twice to ask how the food was and if we needed anything. I never experienced that at a McDonald's before.

Don't go. Counter girl didn't smile chewed gum like it was her last piece. Dirty bathroom. All other employees u could tell they didn't care about service.
