After a freak wind accident left us needing to get some new fence posts and panels installed, the last piece of the puzzle we needed was a LOT of top soil. This location was one of the only places I could find good quality top soil off season only a day before Christmas. Lo and behold, there were no visible bags on the ground, but with help from two employees, we located a fresh pallet! They were kind enough to bring everything down, cart up TWENTY FIVE!! bags, and load my car up!! Truly a great customer experience, thank you Eamon! Our dog is thrilled he is free to roam again ♥

I went to Lowe's Dedham the day after Black Friday, when stores were still packed. I found a dishwasher on an incredible deal that fit exactly what I was looking for; one employee was really struggling to set up the purchase for me, since there were none left in stock. They were about ready to give up when another employee, Sean Austin, came over and offered to help. He then spent a solid 20+ minutes with me sorting out placing the order and answering questions; since the vendor couldn't provide ETA estimates over the weekend, he gave me his email and said he'd follow up for me on Monday. He did follow up, and even managed to coordinate an accelerated delivery for me. After an issue with the install team (not Lowes' fault), he did extra work once again to ensure there were no hiccups for my installation. The experience made it feel like I went to a small local appliance shop service-wise - it's not something I've ever experienced at a large global retailer, and I still can't believe how positive an experience it was, especially compared to much less positive experiences at Lowes' primary competitor. I will 100% go to Lowe's for my next appliance thanks to this experience. Thank you Sean!!!

My experience was great I didn't go in and expected to find what I was looking for because I searched online and it said the store did not have what I was looking for but as I arrived at the store I found the item. (ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER) so yeah Lowe's Is the store if you need anything. I'll always be back best believe.

I love Lowe's more than home Depot. My company spends all their money with Lowe's instead of Home Depot.

This is the store to goto in the area if you want to build anything out of anything because they have it all. Definitely a standard Lowes with inventory but a great with employees as well. I came here in this instance for a hose adapter for our refrigerator, of course they had it!

Knowledgeable staff, nice selection of stock. Very friendly and attentive.

I went into the Lowe's in Dedham with a list of items to buy. I got a few items off my list but started to feel a little stressed when I couldn't find some other items, that's when one of the other workers said that Crystal would be able to help me, with that being said, Crystal said since the store wasn't too busy she would help me find the rest of my list. Crystal took her time looked up item numbers one by one helped me get everything that I needed she even had to go get a ladder to get something that was boxed up still. This was my first time in this Lowe's, I had an excellent experience...Thumbs Up.... Crystal is definitely dedicated to her job.....

*9/5 Update - They sent the appliances to a different customer who thankfully rejected them. Lowes has fixed the problem extremely well, and I'm glad I gave them a chance to fix it.

We had purchased a gas stove and microwave in-store on tax free weekend. Yet, the appliance person did not follow through with the order or properly document the purchase. Two weeks have passed with the delivery date missed. Associates cannot find anything: record, etc. Customer care now has two (2) claims except management or high-level manager has called me back. The solution now is to drive to the store and show them the receipt in order to fulfill my order.

Amazing, helpful staff. The folks here don't hesitate to help you find items and use technology to see if they have inventory that may not be on the floor yet. They help you to check out fast. Very pleasant shopping experience thanks to John, Rob, Pauline, Yara and Elroy. Super welcoming staff.

The lady that helped me in the window blinds department was more than helpful friendly and professional. My only complaint was I was not able to purchase replacement blinds same day. They needed to be ordered. I would have purchased different brand but cutting machine was broken and out for repairs. Oh well stuff happens! Like I said in the beginning the lady working made it a better day! I was there Wednesday afternoon.

The folks working in the store knows where things. At least the 2 or 3 people that I asked for my 2 visits in the past 3 days.

If you need help ask for Jimmy Marc! He will give you the best service trust me i know this. I’m a contractor and have been dealing with people for years at Home Depot and Lowe’s and he is by far the Best! Annely and Eddy were also very helpful. Jimmy Marc makes everything easy for you he truly cares about the customer! I go one hour out of my way to shop at this Lowe’s because of him.

I live at this Lowe's. It's such a great store with very friendly staff and the shelves are never understocked. I always find what I need and their online service for lookup/aisle locations makes shopping here painless. Staff always know where things are. Great store

One of the better Lowe's out there. We dealt directly with Audrick in flooring and couldn't be happier - exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable, easy going and funny.

Lowe's Dedham is one of my favorite stores! Gigantic selection, great tools (I like Craftsman), and the honor Vets with 10% discount and preferred parking.

Sam in power tools is SUPER helpful!! I purchased a Craftsman air compressor for my student to take to college in August. Sam located the product in the stock area and brought it down for us. Today I returned to purchase another one of the same brand but they were all out. So I came home with a DeWalt Aircompressor. Again, Sam helped me out. I will be shopping at Lowes for their excellent customer service!

I want to praise a staff member named Joanne.

I was in the store one evening in January looking for something to seal the bulkhead and quickly realized I had no idea where to go or what to look for. I saw several people near the customer service, I asked my question, everyone paused, apparently no one understood what I wanted. Then this petite young lady not in work attire offered to look for it with me. She went through many aisles, asked many people, read labels with me , I was very touched that she looked like she was off duty, or at least was ready to go home but instead spent long time to help me. We eventually found the right item and I have been thinking about her professionalism and kindness ever since.

I have gone back to the store many time since, have seen her again from distance. She probably no longer remembers me, but I want to say thank you to Joanne publicly on this platform, to let her know that her willingness to help on that cold winter day truly warmed my heart.
