store is super clean and the manager (erin) is really helpful. sometimes I need help with things like picking out the right food and litter and she's always there to help me, give her a raise =) she is always there.

Thank God 🙏 for our groomer Kaylee!!! She's the best absolutely love her!! She's been our 🐕 groomer for years everywhere she goes we follow 🤣🤣🤣🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

The person who works with the fish is so incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job in helping me with my brand new fish

This is the last photo taken of my dog before I had to put him down at PetSmart in Westwood, MA. The staff there was beyond compassionate and handled my dog's euthanization with grace and a quiet dignity. They made it as easy for me as possibe and I am so grateful that they were able to help my boy be free from pain.

This place always has amazing clearances. I found 7 piece bone that’s usually sold for $11, but got it for $2.50! I stocked up for my little pupper who is teething.

I also found some nice toys on sale from Halloween’s batch. They have sales and new items often!

I have a white 110 lb German Shepherd who can be skittish. Vet , technicians and staff were calming caring and took there time with her and us . 1st visit - polite, engaged and knowledgeable associate assistance. initial purchase was quick and efficient (polite and friendly associate). 2nd) visit (merchandise return) quick and easy. also wanted to update store account which I was able to complete with assistance from associate. all around excellent service.

We love Matia! She does a great job with our pup- and he always gets endless compliments on his haircut. She takes her time to make sure he looks absolutely perfect. We recommend anyone to bring their pups to see her! Everyone is so nice and there’s no doubt they take great care of the pups when they’re there!

I went in today with the intention of buying a fish but ended up with a tree frog . All 3 employees at the store were amazing they helped me get everything I need for my frog And that I have the information. Not only that but the workers were friendly. I left my debit card my accident at home and they were super understanding and kind about it

Their training classes, grooming, and veterinarian clinic is top notch. I recently adopted a puppy and they recommended getting the puppy book for $15. That book has saved more than $100 for me already brought things that I already had to purchase for my new dog. I highly recommend buying the puppy book especially if you’re a first time owner.

I was greeted when I entered the store. Customer service was GREAT the manager was very knowledgeable with helping me find a collar for my Siberian husky! Was very pleased with the service I got with the staff and management team!

My experience at Petsmart was fantastic the associates including the manager was very helpful in getting me started as a new pet owner.I will be getting my new puppy next week and they advised me of what supplies I needed to get started.
