I brought my skittish lab puppy inside and was truly amazed at the variety and assistance of every staff member that I encountered.
This is NOT a "big box" chain store that couldn't care less about your pets welfare. I have now been there several times and the
staff has always given me accurate and helpful advice. Everyone stocks pet supplies but everyone doesn't stock knowledgeable, courteous and helpful employees.
This is a great business and a wonderful visit.

Super friendly and prices are very reasonable. It was my first visit, and I was not disappointed. Yesterday, someone told me about this miracle liquid for dogs with leg and hip pain. I have high hopes.

Extensive amount of dog, cat, bird and animal products and food. Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bow Wow grooming located inside. One of the best groomers that I have ever used for my Shelties.

I drive from Queens to shop here because they have a lot of brands and everyone is so pleasant. Prices are the same which is fine, just finding a place that has stock is good enough for me

Very nice people, and they actually carry a ton of wellness brand dog food. It's nice to have a variety for my dog who is a diabetic and is limited on what he can have.

Shirley feed grooming is hands down the best! No one will ever compare to Terry and Jackie! They are kind, gentle and amazing people! They really have an amazing understanding on animal behavior which is so important. My dog has trust issues and loves going to get her monthly cleaning !

They usually have everything I need for my dogs and if they don't, they can order what you need (I'm sure there's limitations). Really friendly staff, the owner always makes sure that the store is fully stocked!
