Walmart Supercenter

I have gone to this Walmart location for years and really appreciate the location, the cleanliness of the store, the availability of products, but most of all—the employees. Without excellent employees none of the aforementioned matters. Employees make or break a business. Today, all I went in for was coffee and a simple white tall garbage can. When I went down the aisle for garbage cans, low and behold the tallest garbage cans were on the top shelf. I am 5 foot 2 inches. and unless I was Spider-Man, I cannot reach that high. I briefly considered using a longer item to topple the stack down, but I wasn’t sure if they’d land on me. I quickly nixed that idea. Instead I looked for the nearest blue vest and that ended up being Nick C in electronics: Nick was so friendly and kind and immediately after hearing my plight—headed over to the garbage can aisle to help get the stack down safely and reach a single one out for me. WOW. Nick C made my day. Remember him at raise time. He is a valued team member. Please reward him (and others like him) who go above and beyond with a smile on their face each and every day, as I’m certain Nick C does.

Greendale location has the most efficient staff for curbside orders. Not only do they bring out your order the minute that you check in, but they're also friendly. Great combination for customers like us, who can't handle shopping in the stores.

I love this smaller Walmart and the experience I encountered on my last visit. Patti was so helpful in the fitting room and even told me about the clearance items as I left the fitting room. I found a much needed bra because of her. She was super friendly, and I enjoyed our brief conversation.

Came back to get core refund on car battery. Customer service was closed but woman in the area helped me anyway. Went above and beyond

Best Walmart ever! Everyone is nice! And I have been to a lot of Walmarts! Almost everyone is nice there! And Grace is one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met! I wish she was my family! Most people are nice there but she goes above and beyond’s but if you promote her everyone will miss her I’m happy that Walmart has good people and carts!

Not a huge fan of Walmart in general, but this location is the exception.

This is my Walmart. The place is always spotless! I never spend less than $500 there. My last shopping trip was $1,170 a new record for food shopping plus a bunch of cleaning stuff! They are currently remodeling which would probably make the place even better! They are redoing the outside parking paint lines also!

Excellent beef tips and noodles. The best ever.

They always have wat I need n if it's not n stock it don't take them long to get any item back on the shelves....Everything you need n 1 place .....Amazing.

I go to various Walmarts and I'm never disappointed by the variety of selections I have to choose from. Haven't met staff yet that isn't courteous, polite and helpful. I suggest when shopping anywhere, expect to get what you put into the atmosphere. The greeters are wonderful.

Went looking for gloves and or a good book to read

Excellent experience! All staff is very friendly helpful and resourceful with finding what you're looking for. Team member even help unjam 2 stuck carts for me so that I can have one. Very caring group of people!

I was in the store on 10/9/21 4:30PM and I just want to commend the gentleman who helped my kid pick a bike! He was superb and cared to help. Not many folks like him around in retail anymore.

The store layout is great and well stocked.

I made a quick stop because I was seeking Western Union services. I was pleased to see the Customer Service line was only 2 people long and there were two tellers long. I always appreciate a well staffed super market and loathe long longs on Saturdays due to shot staffed establishments. They did not have this service I was seeking but the employee was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in finding an alternative to acquire the services I was seeking. Great job Walmart in going the extra mile and for offering great customer service at the end of my very long day! Greatly appreciated 🥰

Seems to be a well managed and organized Walmart store at this location compared to a lot of others. Had a pricing question for the cashier and she went out of her way to walk to the sale location and verify if the price was misrepresented or not, which it ends up it wasn't. Misunderstood by us but I appreciate her going the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the purchase. Well done!

Small store limited selection compared to most stores. They do have all the essential items most people would need. Clean and organized with a friendly atmosphere definitely not your typical Walmart.

Actually I was really surprised. I went in on Christmas Eve and I expected it to be a madhouse. There were a lot of people there but I only needed to pick up a knit hat for my son. I was able to grab one and a few other items that I threw in the cart. I went to the self check out line and the line was very long wrapping all the way around into the women’s clothing. The line moved quickly though. It primarily was working because one associate KIZZY! This woman was on the ball. She went out of her way to ask people if they were doing OK. She nearly sprinted from person to person who needed help. I know she doesn’t work on commission. She was really just doing this because she’s that kind of person. Even though some people were irritated she kept a positive attitude and it seemed contagious.
