Great experience. They had a special Veterans Day giveaway. Everything was easy to find and employees were super friendly. Will be back!

I love this grocery store. Great weekly ads with great deals. Super friendly and helpful staff. The management staff are super hands on and visible. They are approachable and eager to help customers. Bakery department does great cake decorating at a reasonable price. The marble cake is a family favorite. If you haven't stopped into Festival Foods yet, you are missing out.

I love festival foods. It one of the Milwaukee stores that are designed very roomy unlike pick n saves. I cannot say enough about the wonderful workers there. They are super friendly, always smiling, always asking if I need help finding something when I appear to be looking around. I was there 3 days ago, I was so impressed at watching many of the workers like, for one instance stocking the best looking fruit so neatly and gently. I had to ask her first, is this the organic fruit section. The beautiful fruit they had. I was passing by the liquor store area, I saw an older woman stocking miniature bottles of liquor in these small compartments and she made them perfectly in sync. They were perfectly aligned....I complemented her and she was very thankful. Some people may think I have too much time on my hands saying all this stuff, actually I dont I appreciate stores like these that also appreciate their shoppers. Keep up the great work festival foods and managers....

Most grocery stores vary some but not too much. But Festival has a real leg up on a lot of offerings. Their deli and ready to eat stuff is fantastic, and I've always found their produce and meat to be really a cut above as well

We love that festival opened nearby. Having grown up in Green Bay I was so excited to see the expansion to Milwaukee county. The Greenfield store is always clean and workers so friendly and helpful. We love the bakery and the produce and deli are always quality products. My only complaint is cashier Georgia is always belittling customers about grabbing an ad. She’s done it to me, today I avoided her line because of past experience, and I watched from the next register as she did it to another customer. Not everyone who comes is there to shop the ads and I’ve always loved that the cashiers will scan their ads just in case something I grabbed just so happened to be on it. To sit and argue with a customer about the process of the ads was just so unnecessary today and it made me cringe.

Totally a hidden gem of a grocery store. Ive been going to pick n save all this time when I should have been going here. Staff is very nice and always say hello to you. All of their shopping carts are in good condition (unlike their competitors). Also, the store seems spacious and is not overcrowded.

As usual Festival has very clean stores, this one being no exception. Very nice in store dining options too! The girl who helped me at the Caribou Coffee kiosk was also very nice, don’t remember her name but she was working around 9AM 3/29/2022

Love the insane amount of items to choose from in the bakery and deli department. I sometimes just make a run there just for something in the bakery dept period! I think howeverthat, in my opinion owever, I don't think that their prices are always that good for a lot of their other store items unless it's on sale. but when they have a sale, the sale is generally pretty good.

Love shopping at this store! Every employee always greets you with a smile on their face. They genuinely love their job.

Many thanks to the young man in Bakery Dept. and store Manager(?)! I was able to try your Zucchini Nut bread for free as I'd never had it. What a wonderful gesture and much appreciated! It was delicious and I will be purchasing many more. Your company is the only one who does that any more. Awesome customer service and friendly staff is why I do my weekly shopping at Festival. I always have great experiences in this Festival location. The employees are always friendly and provide a conscience with their service. The unique thing I love about this location is their takeout pizzas in the deli area. They’re a huge hit whenever I serve them! They even allowed me to make a private order when I had a summer party, and multiple people told me it was the best Mac & Cheese Pizza they’d ever had. I appreciate the Caribou there for some shopping fuel. Keep up everything you’re doing!

I don't shop here enough. It's just not on my radar. It's a very clean, well organized store. A great bakery section greets as one begins their shopping trip. Some very good baked goods, and prepared meals. Reasonable prices and tasty. I have gone there for a selection of bakery as it's better than any other major grocery in Milwaukee .

The people working here are outstanding. I (very stupidly) left my wallet in the cart in the parking lot. When I finally realized it was missing I called to see if anyone had turned it in. Not only did the search the lost and found- they went out to the parking lot and searched the carts! They checked video footage and eventually located my wallet. I can’t say thank you enough to these amazing individuals. This store is beautiful and there is a friendly face around every corner. An outstanding location!

Extremely clean ,well stocked and organized location. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. It's hours are great as it's open late compared to its competitors. The fresh take home meals never disappoint, variety of choices and price points.

I love this place. We don't shop here a lot, but when we first came here, some of the people here are very friendly and energetic. I had even thought about possibly getting a job here, but I didn't see anything that would work with my schedule as I am a full-time student online, I homeschool my kids.
