BEST place to go for a great selection of shoes! I found the pair I wanted within five minutes. They have fantastic prices, and my partner also found a pair for himself rather quickly. The employees are fantastically friendly and work hard, as noted by their overnight renovation. The store looks modern and it's easy to find everything.

I always find something I like here! I got myself the blue and pink crocs, and the sandals are the most comfortable pair I ever bought. I have horrible feet. They hurt all the time. These sandals omg definitely help!! Crocs work great for me to specially the ones with the fur in them.

They were very helpful when the cashier didn't know she asked for help and was assisted quickly. When more cashiers were needed, they showed up promptly. They were able to help me with an online/ instore order. They were professional, understanding and patient with me.

Not the WIDEST selection for children's shoes, but had a lot of adult and kid styles to offer. Always great deals, and an employee was on the mic announcing deals for the store. He was very charismatic and personable. Great job!

I had nice easy trip to shoe Carnival . I make my yearly trip for steel toë work shoes. Im happy with the dicount I get. I save $10 on my choice.😊😉 The associate that checked my order was knowledgeable about applying coupon and taking all the info. to have my shoes shipped to my home. Pointed out order # to check out shipping progress. Very nice associate 👍

I haven't shopped here since I was a kid but recently started again because of my own children now. I love the prices. We joined the membership rewards and the deals they throw at you make you want to buy shoes just because it's a good deal lbvs. The store is clean, the staff is always nice and helpful. I always recommend this store, especially to my friends with kids.

I wear a size 12 in women's so it's hard 5o find my size in most stores so I was ecstatic when I went and found that not only do they carry my size, their prices are really good. They also have alot of great accessories like purses, backpacks, socks, ect. Very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend checking it out. They also have a ton of clearance right now so that's a plus. 😁

I like shoe carnival. You have a great selection quite a few sales if you subscribe to their email. Plenty of places to sit down to try on shoes. If you can't find what you like in the store you can go online and purchase and have it shipped to the store.

Great customer service and large selection of shoes. The prices can be a little high on certain styles but they have sales quite often. BOGO half off is the best time to shop.

They always seem to have a good deal! buy one & get 1/2 off the next pair. Also they have a lot of shoes in their clearance section, which is helpful and then you don’t spend as much money

Bought a pair of shoes actually two pairs buy one get the second one whatever 50% off whatever back in December they split all the way by the big toe from the top to the you know about three four inches and I went back this morning explain what happened didn't have my receipt I was just looking The exchange but they didn't have my size so I bought another pair they took the price half the price off the new pair I bought and exchange them so I was very happy been going there for a couple of years now and I'll keep going there

Great staff, all the shoes in my size were on the very top shelf, I'm super picky and the awesome staff member on the floor that day opened over 10 boxes for me and put them all back. She never showed any sign of frustration!

Great customer service during this pandemic, lots of varieties of shoes. Reasonable prices on shoes, sneakers and more. Make me want to come here again. I really recommend this place.
