Some great meats, seafood, brats, jerky, smoked goods here. Plenty of selections of choice cuts, tenderloins, deli salads, some desserts and great convenience with rubs, spices, veggies, beverages too. All with excellent freshness at affordable prices.

We’ve driven past this place for years, but stopped in for the first time last winter, and obviously we’ve been missing out! Now we have to come regularly to get beef jerky, ham and rolls, bacon wrapped filets, Polish sausage - we especially loved the big spirals of sausage they had around the holidays. Friendly service, great specials too.

Very good Butcher. Great sausages and very good fresh meat. We purchased the massive grilling pork chops and they turned out very delicious. Top notch customer service too. We were gifted a store gift during the Covid pandemic and unfortunately did not have a chance to use it. The gift card was 2 years old. We were hesitant to try but Ray's accepted as payment. I will definitely return for some of their great meat. Thank you Ray's Butcher Shoppe for a great experience!

This place is iconic Wisconsin. Do yourself a favor and take a visit. Unreal how delicious everything is.. We especially appreciate the natural bread imports from Europe!

Amazing beef jerky! The place can get amazingly busy, yet it is worth it. They have an excellent selection of hot sauces, BBQ sauces and mustards. Additionally, they have frozen prepared meals such as turkey and gravey which are delicious. Lastly, they have smoked bones that our puppy loves. It is a clean and well stocked store.

This place is great. It has all types of high quality meats and rubs you can use on your meats as well as a pastry shop too. If you're getting your meat elsewhere you need to reconsider Ray's butcher shop. It's the best.

If you want something that'll remind you of southern Louisiana smoked sausages for yah okra gumbo, chicken and sausage gumbo, shrimp gumbo, potato gravy, or whatever you need dem der sausages for meh Sha. Oh and the beef sticks, jerky. Oooohweee! Don't forget a big chunk of sirloin. Poooo yeah sha. Look at that Okra gumbo and yeah it's also good in roux strictly gumbo with no tomatoes

What can You say about Ray's... I've been coming here since I was a teenager, so 30 + years and always a Great cut of meat...

The ladies that work here are awesome, Paige was great at recommending different flavors and checking us out right away! The bakery is great, I love the little turnovers and nibblenicks :)

I have been looking for the right cut of beef to make german Rouladen. Not only did the staff know what I was talking about but recommended the correct cut of beef. My family from Germany even remarked that they wished they would have such nice peices of meat. Thank you to Ray's and all their staff.

Rays is always a great choice when tailgating at Milller Park. We get several different flavors of brats, a few beef sticks and a filet or two. Yum on the grill.

That real butcher xhop smell!

Nice people. Ghost pepper sausage is amazing. Ribeye steaks are the best I can find as many other regular grocery stores have declined in quality. My Wife loved the bacon wrapped Fillet

I came here only after visiting 4 others stores and them unable to help I was at my wits end. Thankfully the young man who I spoke to first got the butcher to help me with my strange request. Boy did he deliver he cut up the most thin slices of meat I had seen. I believe it was port tendloin and some kind of beef. Recipe came out get thanks to them providing me with the last ingredient.

Rays is in awesome butcher shop. It reminds me of childhood being with my grandpa....and all the different smells. Very good variety of things you'd find at a butcher shop plus more. They have a deli, bakery and a small produce section with the freshest things! I definitely will be back. I bought myself a bacon wrapped filet! Yum it's what's for dinner!!

Some of the best meats in Milwaukee is at this butcher shop. They take Foodshare for those wondering about that. Some of their meals are pre-made for you others you have to cook yourself. Pricey, but worth the cost. Staff is respectful and looking to fulfill any order you request.

Couple steaks, Steak rub, Corn 🌽 on the cob, Brussel Sprouts... Some good eating coming up!! 😋

My shopping at Ray's Butcher Shoppe is always great!!! Everyone is always very accommodating. I love everything I get from there. I go in with one thing in mind & always come out with more. There chocolate jimmy squares are to die for. Can't brag enough about this place.

I'm glad I don't live around here because I'd blow my entire grocery budget on meat at Ray's. Great selection! Great service!
