I live right on the IL and WI border and I drive to this finish line just because the customer service is the best. I buy a lot of shoes and they are always friendly and accommodating to me and anyone I send in there. I recently bought a pair of what I thought to be comfortable shoes until wearing them for about a week or so and they were horrible, the manager Charles understood and actually let me exchange them, I never thought that would happen. Its little things like that will keep me coming back. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Jordan and Nestor are so helpful and funny we went yesterday and they greeted us helped us get the shoes we needed and wanted. Jordan was there today and he was so amazing we would recommended going to this finish line in southridge mall. Jordan saw us walk in the store and came to us right away. He was helping us pick out the best shoes we could get. I really LOVE them.

Although the gentleman that was helping me seemed to have a attitude , they do have a wide variety of shoes which is why I choose to purchase shoes from there and the cashier was very nice and polite

Amazing shoe store with an organized system and top of the line brands and shoe styles. Low price so it's great for buying there and the workers knowing their shoes and where they are in the store by instinct. Great place to buy great quality shoes.
