Starbucks

Staff is always friendly, in a great mood and makes my day. Yes the prices have been going up and I can't come as often now, but the staff doesn't control that. They are a wonderful bunch of people and I hope their being recognized for their hard work.

Bmo is my favorite Starbucks employee there he is so awesome and helpful! And he greets me by name and remembers my drink order!

I give them five stars because they are very friendly, fast and they have great customer service skills. I wanted to load money on my application from my debit card so I could get two stars per dollar and she knew how to do it right away and there has been times at other Starbucks, where they said they were going to load it, where I would get double the Stars and I only got one star per dollar so I really love the Starbucks here, because they know what they're doing and the food and drinks, are amazing.

I don’t want to spoil this rating because of one sour apple… I think she’s a lowkey Karen but it’s love.

I’ve been coming here now for well over 3 years now and the current staff (c. 06/09/2023) is AMAZING. Liz holds it down and so does the other manager. I can’t ever remember her name because she’s always been surreal in a world where customer service sometimes takes a back seat.

She loves my dog Mac and is always excited when she sees him (thank you for having the pup cups ready before we would even pull up) and has been an amazing human being even when she’s clearly busy. I love the experience of this location and appreciate it v much. The inside is v calm and relaxing and they even have an outdoor seating area that’s great in the summer. V chill.

Anyways; great staff, fast service, friendly atmosphere.

10/10 would do again.

I had the best customer service with Farok! He was so kind and generous with his time. He answered every question I had (and I have lots of questions) and was just so compassionate and warm my whole time with him. Along with all those amazing things, he was so knowledgeable and wonderful at explaining things. I think the experience with Farok made the drinks even more delicious!!

I just got hooked on Starbucks. Kinda late hey!!? I go through in early am. I have never experienced such WONDERFUL personalities. Courtesy kindness. People who are so positive. Absolutely the greatest surprise. I told the drive thru staff “it is worth a few extra dollars (by far) to start my day with smiles and gracious greetings. Santa is remembering these wonderful people.

Wow! Had to make an office coffee run, 9 drinks total. Drove 8 min there and the order was done...and the drinks were GOOD. Fast and good quality. Also the staff went the extra mile and helped me carry my order out to the car!!! Thank you :)

The best Starbucks in South Milwaukee.plenty of seatings, good for college students prepping for exams, quiet and clean. The barista were very friendly and the coffee taste super duper good 👍. Can't complain.

Fast service, typically has the drinks I want, and when I'm unsure on what to get they always have a suggestion. Moderately busy at most times, but I always get my drinks within a few minutes of me entering. Clean and professional. I recommend this Starbucks.

I didn't have any money when I was stuck here for a couple hours. The nice ladies and gentleman working didn't say anything to me. They even gave me a water and let me occupy one of their tables to charge my phone. If I'm ever in the area, I'll be sure to give them my business.

The kind people that work at this Starbucks are amazing. I can always come in and count on a smile and a chat. I took my toddler in and they treated him so well, he wants to go IN to Starbucks everyday now. They really made his first trip inside Starbucks memorable.

I love this Starbucks! Becca and Sam are truly amazing!😀 I trust they are inspired by their wonderful manager, Kat, who you can always hear encouraging her employees. Even overhearing the interview process, they do a lot to make both their customers and employees welcome. Occasionally, the afternoon staff needs a little help being friendly, but stick with them, it will be worth it. I promise!

The crue at this location has always been cheerful and helpful. Our order has always been correct. I'm looking forward to the day all the road construction is finally finished so it will be easier to get to a good cup of coffee.

This Starbucks store is great. Located in a good spot, brand new, clean and has most things available. Drive-thru is very quick.

This is my spot to get my coffee fix. The staff is nice and friendly. And my order is always correct.

So excited to have a Starbucks along my route. The drive thru looked congested so I walked in an there was no wait. My order was complete within minutes. I only wish there was a tip option for card use ( for all locations)

The coffee is good and the staff is always friendly. Any place where the staff has a positive attitude is just that much more enjoyable. There is another big name coffee store in Brookfield and the staff is just horrible 😑. I will not mention the stores name but they are named after an animal.

The Staff are amazing! They are very professional and always make sure your order if fresh and correct. By far my favorite location!!! You guys are so appreciated for all you do! Thank you!
