My daughter wanted this hello kitty sweater it was $54 again undecided went back next day gone!!! Last one sadly I didn't know it was the last one!!!

Awesome customer service. I went to Southridge location during the day of 8/31. There was a very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable young lady. She seemed to be by herself but she still kindly got 2 mini backpacks down for my daughter and I.

Ash is the sweetest person ever and made me feel more welcomed in the store than anyone else ever has. Thanks Ash!

I don’t shop here often but Jada made me feel immediately welcomed the minute I walked in! So sweet and made sure I was finding everything okay the whole time.

I love coming to hot topic. This is my favorite place and just recently I found a great pair of shoes for just $20! Not usually a cheap place but the products they sell are good quality so I usually don't mind the price. Have been coming here since I was a teen and still love it to this day!

This is my daughter's favorite place to shop so I knew I was stuck and had to take her on her 13th birthday. We were there for about two (2) hours. One of the new girls, she wasn't there the last time we were there about six (6) months ago. She's a little on the heavier side with blondish/brownish hair. Anyway, she was very rude and, seemed to me, that she didn't like to have to help a kid; she acted as though it was beneath her. My daughter told her exactly what kind of clothing she was looking for; however, the employee thought is was part of her job to pick out my daughter's wardrobe. My daughter is pretty easy to shop for now - she's in a jeans and black shirts phase - but this employee was trying to talk her into leggings, and any color other than black. So, since this lady would NOT listen to neither my daughter, nor myself, we wandered around ourselves. When we had questions I was sure to ask anyone except that employee. We ended up spending over $100 and, when they asked what employee helped us, we told them that no one did. The people that directed us when we did have questions, were the same ones that took care of us when we checked out. That employee missed out on a pretty good commission. We are not letting that one bad employee keep us away - we're going back to do some Christmas shopping!!!

Staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever. Had to return a skirt that was too small and they happily helped me through the process of ordering a bigger size online. I picked it up in store and it fit perfectly. My absolute favorite store

My children n I are here A LOT! They recognize us. ALWAYS acknowledge my children. That's important to me. Always helpful. When I'm looking for my kids, I yell Marco. My kids respond with Polo. Now, the staff responds too. But, when I look up, the associates raise their hands. Letting me know they got eyes on my kids. Sure let me know what sales are n what I'm missing to maximize my savings!

Picked up some piercings and got 40% off the second set. Lady had just clocked out to go home and they were super busy and she still helped me grab what I needed. Great service.

They had some really good sales! $6 t-shirts in all sizes!!! My friend waa able to find her Harry Potter Necklace she was looking for it was great! Also our Cashier was pretty cool

We were immediately greeted when walking in. We were asked by two different employees if we needed help. They had everything my daughter wanted and the checkout was easy.

One of the best staffs ever (as of this writing.) The Manager Mykl is awesome & the Asst Manager Molly is always super helpful. They always make sure I find what I need. Some great associates as well.
