Great auto parts store. I only deal with the commercial side of things. But the staff is great.
They are always very helpful. Always willing to help look up parts for me.

Properly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Tested battery for us to confirm it was dud.

Great staff and definitely a grab & go location.
Can get busy but transactions and customer service are perfectly balanced making it easy to answer questions without impacting another customer’s experience.

I live nearby towards Japan Town and I consider this my local auto parts store whenever I need something. Even though its a franchise it feels like a mom & pop shop. I don't go here often but I always go to this one. They are nice and professional whether I call or stop in to ask about parts. I've come here to buy windshield wipers, air cabin & engine filters. Good prices. They'll find whatever fits your budget. I recall a few years ago I asked one of them to test my car battery and electrical stuff and he was very helpful. I think I bought a car battery here, too.

This has to be my favorite chain parts store. They are always helpful and, in my experience, go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for the job. I hardly every have the pushy salesmen trying to tell me what parts they believe I need. I recommend you go here if you are a tested technician or a weekend warrior. You will be satisfied with the level of customer service from any of their chains.

Was visiting my daughter for the weekend and did a front brake job on her car in her apartment garage during my stay. This place had all the parts and tools everything I needed at a good price with excellent service. Thanks!

I wanted to get a specific item as a gift for my fiancé. Autumn helped me, and she was phenomenal! She gave me honest advice on the differences among the brands and models. The store was quiet and clean, especially for a car parts store! I will definitely go back to this O'Reilly's location in the future.

These guys know a lot of their parts and they usually have the parts you need

This is a great store to find parts. Right now they are difficult to get to due to major construction on 4th. Use Commercial to get there, and to get out head north on 4th under the freeway. They will be worth the trip.

I came here to buy bulbs for my side marker lamps. Started the job in the lot, dropped the bulbs, went back in to buy another set. If you're clumsy like I am, don't leave the store right away. Fix it right there in the lot because you might need to buy more parts.

Great service! I found a tiny bulb for the dome light of my car and guy there behind the counter was so helpful and nice.

i took a dead battery to them, they told me it looks like it might be covered by AAA warranty, call them first. After lots & lots & lots & lots of hassle from AAA - i finally got a new battery from AAA- so Oreilly saved me $145 THANKS !! LOVE OREILY !!

If it parts for your car that you need O'Reilly's is the place there not like the auto zone there better .
