Stephanie was very helpful! I originally had a prescription filled at Walgreens on Dixieland and they didn't have it in stock so they told me I should call New Hope location to check before I drove out there. I called New Hope and they didn't have it. So then I called Pleasant Grove and Stephanie was nice enough to check which locations had it in stock FOR ME. It pleasantly surprised me as neither of the other locations offered to help. Now, thanks to Stephanie, my son has his prescription TONIGHT instead of 2 days from now. We are very grateful for her excellent customer service.

Mike is the best pharmacists there is! Knows my husband by name and goes out of his way to help every time!

The store was out of stock of my medication. The manager looked it up and said another store had it. She said she would go get it! She did and I was able to pick it up later that day!!

Usually always a pleasant experience. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Most the time I am in and out but there’s sometimes longer waits at checkouts. But they have always been super fast to open more lanes when that happens.

Good experiences here. Fast and friendly pharmacists and aides. Only complaint is its difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Bee friendly staff

I came for a drive thru covid test because I am traveling soon. My appointment was scheduled at 3:15 and I showed up exactly on time, with all of my insurance information and pre-questions filled out. The girl at the window said "it's going to take me some time to put in all of your information so can you pull around to the back of the line and by the time you get back I'll have it ready to go." Not really sure why it wasn't ready at the time of my appt ..that's pretty irritating as someome who values their time. Was nice to be able to schedule online, but not really sure what the point of that was. There was even a note on the email about not showing up late 😂 they had everything ready at 3:30.. and then it was super quick.

Had to use the women's bathroom to change my daughter's diaper since the men's bathroom didn't have a changing table. As a person who can sometimes be described as intimidating, the looks I got coming out were a mix of scared and disgusted.

Friendly service. Fast pharmacy. This site has a Redbox.
