Staff is super helpful. I swear they must have hundreds of people working that store. You go to try on boots and every minute or two, a different person asks if you need anything. Great store!

Found everything we needed. My husband needed new work boots and we found the perfect ones. The store was set up very thoughtfully and made everything easy to find. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly.

Love this store! Bought an awesome pair of cowboy boots at a great price. They have so many styles to choose from it’s incredible. There clothes are really cute too, but they don’t have enough plus size options. I’m taking off a star for that. Additionally, Cavender’s has western style wallets and belts. I definitely recommend.

Love the place but get ready to spend $$ for clothes. The Ariat clothes last a long time but aren't cheap. Awesome collection of boots and hats. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

I went to Cavender's to buy my first pair of boots! ERIN helped me find the perfect fit! Erin took the time to give me all the info I needed about diferent fits and styles. I have long wide feet and it is usually dificult to find womens shoes let alone boots! I left the store feeling like a real cowgirl! Lol if that's possible! Thank you Erin for your time and one on one personal experience, and the perfect pair of boots!

Superb customer service from Teagan at the hat bar! She is very knowledgeable and can shape a hat to your liking. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a western hat in the area.

I moved down to Arkansas from Missouri and we have a decent amount of western stores but down here but my wife took me by this past weekend and I absolutely fell in love with this place. I will definitely shop here alot!!

Love the selection and prices, I just wish they didn't have so many random dudes dressed like rhinestone cowboys walking around randomly asking you if you need help.😬😐🙄
