Ashley Store

One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in awhile. The associates don’t pressure you or follow you around the store and allow for you to shop on your own. I worked with Madison and she was SO helpful and knew all the inventory in the store. I was able to find exactly what I needed and have it delivered in a week.

Sofia and Summer were a wonderful help to us when we went twice over the weekend to try and choose a king sized bed. Sofia was very helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and had her manager Summer, come help when we had more questions. We went back the next day and they showed complete patience and understanding as we continued to try out beds and wander around the store thinking! A great experience as far as customer service.

Update: you must buy a mattress cover from the store (on the same ticket) if you are at all unsure. No returns or exchanges on the mattress if you bought a protector separately. Also NO returns on the adjustable bases after 7 days (we didn't even have the items til after 14 days, and definitely haven't had a good chance to try it long enough to know if we like it). I would not have purchased the adjustable base from Ashley if I'd realized this and have learned a lesson.

On our first visit and purchase from Ashley Furniture in Rogers, Arkansas, our experience exceeded our expectations. Omar and Tyler were exceptionally great to work with. They listened very well, understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. In the 2+ hours we spent in the store we never felt like a sales was being pushed on us. Omar was great taking the time to walk us around the store, show us different items, and he did a great job helping match colors! Very professional young men in explaining how discounts are applied, warranties, shipping costs, etc. - we didn't walk out of the store feeling like "what did we just pay for" - we were informed of all costs up front! Omar and Tyler made such a positive impression on our first visit to the store, we have no reason to go elsewhere! Thanks guys - we will make an appointment directly with you on our next visit!

Julissa and the manager were so great! We had a wonderful experience and will be going back to finalize our purchases. It was close to closing time and they were happy to stay as long as we need.

Our salesperson, Mo, was the absolute best! He remembered my wife when we came in weeks after her first visit and was glad to see her again. The entire staff at Ashley was friendly and super helpful - making arrangements for delivery and pick up that best suited our needs. While Ashley furniture is by no means cheap, we feel we received excellent value for the money spent. Will definitely shop here again!

We spent a good two hours in the Rogers, AR store with Omar today. He is no pressure, very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and was willing to move furniture around for my visuals. We bought a couch, coffee table, and a fireplace stand to hold our new TV. When salespeople are pushy, I have a tendency to leave. He made me want to look more, was easy to talk to and ask questions, and he gave me time to think about spaces and finances. Therefore, he earned our business and we will be back to see him.

The store manager was excellent ! Especially when corporate was trying to change the price of a item that was on sale . He went above and beyond and honored his word . It’s rare to find honest people. He deserves a bonus for his honesty. Brett is great.

Our experience with Ashley's was very pleasant and satisfying. Pavani made it very easy for us. She was patient enough to listen to all our requirements and showed some exact match. Pavani does have amazing ideas about color combination and interior design. Quality of the products were just perfect. Thank you so much for the amazing products and service.

I was greeted by Pavani’s warm smile as I came into Ashley Roger’s store. I explained my needs to her as I just moved into a new house. She listened well and helped me find exactly what I needed for my new home. She is very creative and artistic and thinks outside the box. She also helped me to stay within my budget. I purchased several items from her and would highly recommend her services to family and friends! Pavani is a stellar consultant.

Madison helped me complete my living room with the perfect accent table as well as coffee table. She was patient with me and also gave me a wonder deal I could not refuse. If purchasing I would ask for her!

David Watkins helped my wife and I pick the perfect couch out for us. We looked around a week ago and came back to do another look around. He saw us and instantly remembered us and what products we were interested in. Great guy and a super comfy new couch! We’re very happy with our purchase.

My experience shopping at Ashley furniture store was a very positive and pleasant one thanks to Mo. From the minute I walked through the door I was met with a warm and friendly greeting. He was very courteous, polite, pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. He had no sales pitch for me, he was not pushy, he was just there to help me and guide me through. I was able to browse through the store at a comfortable and leisurely pace without feeling rushed in any. Mo was there to guide me and give me professional feedback and advice. I left the store that day very pleased and extremely happy with my purchase. The best sales experience I’ve ever had. Please ask for Mo if you ever go to Ashley furniture Rogers, he’s the best.

Omar waited on my mom and I today. Mom is 83 and can't walk well, so shopped in a wheelchair. Mom explained what she was looking for and Omar showed her exactly that. She bought the first chair he showed us and the first loveseat. He gave us a discount and we both walked out saying it was the best furniture shopping experience we had ever had. I will definitely look Omar up when we need furniture pieces in the future.

My wife and I were in search of a new dining set for our new home. Vanessa met us at the door and was very kind and helpful as she showed us around. After finding what we were in search of, the manager, I believe he name was Summer began helping Vanessa. It was only then that we found out our sales lady was new. We think she done a great job. My fiance and i were completely blown away by the service we received from Tyler and David. We arrived around 630pm to look at furniture, didn’t even realize they had closed until after 930, upon which we were told it was no problem and to take our time. We found out later that they had kept multiple people there after hours to accommodate our needs.
They were polite, knowledgeable, courteous, humorous, and all together a joy to be around. They made the process feel effortless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture to anyone who is wanting excellent customer service, and to be taken care of. We were under a time crunch for delivery, and were told by Tyler that he would make it happen, and he did! I can’t say enough about how excellent of an experience it was! Pavani was amazing helping us with incredible
patience and dedication and creativity to help design our bedroom with perfect matches and additions. We bought several things from her in several visits and most recently a rug. That is fantastic

Went into this location in Rogers, AR with my daughter looking for a mattress and bed. We were cordially greeted by Madison Barton and got great service. We ended buying a complete bed frame and mattress and walked away with a fair deal after sales and promotions. I highly recommend Madison, she is professional, friendly, understands customer needs, will follow up on her promises, and all around treat you right.
