High praise for Ashley and her patience, truly quality service!

Came in to the location yesterday and decided, a bit hastily on a really nice pair of shoes that seemed right for me at the time but returned quickly after purchasing.

Ashley couldn't have been more understanding in helping me on a return that I should have been much more diligent with initially; completely my fault.

Along with her co-worker, who's name I regrettably didn't catch and would love to give due credit to as well, a previous purchase of shoes available online only that I wear and know well were ordered and are out for delivery to my home.

I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the thoughtful approach and patience shown through my experience; truly goes a long way as I already felt quite silly returning the shoes so quickly! 100% recommend this location and would visit again!

I've shopped at Famous Footware for several years. I must say I was disappointed when the young lady informed me that Nike no longer honors the BOGO offer.

I've purchased and returned a couple things from this location, always friendly and helpful staff on hand. Very patient as I coordinate my receipts, coupons etc. Sweet conversation as well. The manager is obviously training the staff well and it shows. Awesome location, will be a frequent customer for my family of 5!

Nataly and Lauren were really great and helpful! Nataly helped us track down the exact shoe I wanted and Lauren made sure we were members getting our points. Both are wonderful and friendly.

Sales clerk was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I both found 2 pair of tennis shoes that we love. I also got some compression ankle socks which were on sale. Great selection to choose from.
