Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks in Rogers if you ask me! They have never been out of product when I am there, (vs. a few of the other stores) and when I had questions this morning at 6:30AM, Kate was working register and she was so sweet and patient with me while I asked questions about how mobile orders worked and finding healthier alternatives to some of the drinks. I appreciate this and the good moods when I arrive! Thanks so much!

This is the worst location in Rogers. I never have issues at the other locations, but this one messes up my drinks more times than not. I order off the menu, it's nothing crazy, but still they screw it up.

Benji is clearly the person RUNNING THE SHOW 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 10 stars for customer service. Michelle helped fix my order mix up bc of choosing the wrong location on the app. She was really wound up and kind of snappy. They seemed to be super busy I. Drive through bc they didn’t that many people in-house so I won’t hold it against her. Her high stress was so apparent I started to become frazzled myself. Anyways, if anyone is reading the is, BENJI definitely needs a raise. There was one more girl there super pleasant but I didn’t have much interaction with her bc they were dancing like graceful ballerinas getting THINGS DONE. Bravo!

Hands down the BEST location. I’ve been visiting this SB for 5 years now. I have always been happily greeted wheather it be through the doors or drive through. This team is amazing, professional and personable. They are always in a good mood (even when short staffed.) They know me by name and they’ve mastered my coffee order without me even saying a word. I love this location and very thankful to work close enough to walk over anytime I need a beverage. I’d give it 9733689 stars but Google only lets me do 5.

This Starbucks is by far my favorite one to visit. The staff is usually extremely polite even when busy. There have been times when they haven’t acknowledged their customers but they seemed to be newer and still learning. There is usually a pretty long wait but seeing as it’s right off the highway it makes sense. My drink is always made perfectly (even when I order something super complicated)

One of the better Starbucks in the area for a quick cup of coffee. I’d avoid the drive thru and pop in for faster service when busy.

Customer service is impeccable at this location. The guy at the window and one taking my order were obviously 2 different people, but both were extremely friendly and helpful. I would have felt guilty for not giving them props. Makes me want to stop at this location more often.

Everyone at this location is so nice!! Always come here and have an amazing experience!! Jared especially is an amazing barista and provides exceptional customer service each and every time. He’s so nice and doesn’t mind answering any questions we have.

Got my drink right, the guy who took our order was attentive and nice. Which is saying something, like caramel frappuccino with a little extra a d while it doesn't seem complicated to me very few actually get it right. So he gets 5 stars. Thank You for caring about your job.and doing it well.

Each Starbucks is a joy to visit in my opinion as I love their beverages and snack offerings, however this location is above the rest. They exceed customer service expectations and always have their store clean and inviting. I love their seasonal drink options too!

I love going to this location because the service is generally really fast, they have great customer service,and they rarely mess up an order. Chick-fil-A for some great food. I highly suggest if you are looking for a good Starbucks this is the place to go.

I didn't like my drink today (pineapple matcha drink- it was disgusting and I love both pineapple and matcha). They made me a dragon drink for free, even though they were super busy and looked really understaffed. Really nice baristas!

I come rarely but my girlfriend loves this location specifically because of a few outstanding employees who truly go above and beyond in customer service. Every time I too go I have ZERO complaints

Great service, even better coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful, plus they're constantly involved in those "pay it forward " things which I love.

At 5:30am I have little to no tolerance for people, driver's or just about anything, but these folks will treat you in soooooo many ways you are bound to like one of them. Thank you for making my hour drive worth it!
