Arby's

I took my two grown kids last night after watching a Christmas play. It was getting late, and we were the only customers. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. She brought our food to the table. My son commented that the workers acted like they actually enjoyed their job! It was a very pleasant visit. Id highly recommend.

They are amazing at what they do! They've taken great care of 5 of my kitties going back 10 years!

Clean restaurant. Which, that’s the first thing that I look for in any restaurant, not just fast food. Roast beef sandwich was as good as ever. Curly fries were crispy for the most part. Some of the spiral fries could have cooked a little longer. That’s my opinion, but the fries were very good! Jamocha shake could have had a bit more flavorful, but overall, I was pleased.

Great deal of 4 roast beef sandwiches for 10$. Sever was very kind, sweet, and helpful. It's a great fast food choice for value, non greasy options, and good service.

As far as fast food goes im not a big fan but my husband always comes here and the service and food are exceptional. Now that's saying something.

This is an excellent Arby's location. The food was hot and fresh and exactly like what you'd expect for the chain. The service was excellent too. My mom and daughter modified their orders multiple times, and I had to go back up 4 times due to additional items they wanted. Each time, the server was polite, patient, and didn't make me feel bad for all the trouble. I highly recommend this location.

Great food, nice employees. If you order mozzarella sticks, be prepared to wait. They cook to order and don't have any lying around ready to go. I like it better that way because they taste more fresh. Their toys in their kids meals are terrible, but my kids don't mind.

They're smoked brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious, the fish sandwich was just a little dry but will always return to an Arby's anywhere :-)

This By FAR IS MY favorite Arby's in ALL OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS FROM THE MISSOURI STATE LINE ALL THE WAY TO THE FURTHEREST PART OF FAYETTEVILLE. THIS ARBY'S EMPLOYEES ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME NEVER ONE ATTITUDE EACH ONE WEARS A SMILE TGEY ENJOY INTERACTING WITH YOU I can't say enough I pass up 3 different Arby's just to come to this one because I know my food will be fresh and HOT . They go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase.

Grabbed a couple of roast beef sandwiches
and fries. Buns were fresh, beef was tender, fries were fresh and hot. The establishment was clean and the staff were friendly.
Definitely recommend.

I came during the middle of lunch rush. The truck in front of me obviously was there to complain. I sae several exchanges through the windows between them. When I got to the window I watched (out of the corner of my eye) the employee obviously fixing yhe prior issue in the system. When she opened the window she was still very pleasant and helpful. I ordered the waffle sweet potato fries. She asked if I wanted any sauce. I wasnt sure so I asked what she recommended. The honey mustard:) the employee behind her recommend berry bronco. I said "I'd try it". I got both! One of each and well wishes! I will be back, the food was food but the service was even better during the super busy time. Thanks yall!!!

This has to be the cleanest and best staff that Arby's has ,hands down. They should use this store in all their adds and promos GREAT JOB TO THE FOLKS THEIR.

Arbys has ,by far, the most friendly and helpful employees in town. They know the true meaning of customer service. They will correct any issue that arises and usually with a smile and apology. I enjoy going there because I know the dollars spent are truly appreciated, unlike a few other places in town. I will not mcmention them. An unusual Arbys in that the staff are really great. All the corporate menu items are here but they really do service them in a friendly manner.

Great greeting once you walk into the door. Particularly Lacey Mounce wad extremely helpful and willing to meet all expectation then some....she has Amazing people skills and due to our experience wet will most definitely return to your location. Thank you you all other employees.

The people at this Arby's are so incredibly nice! Not my kind of food, just there for a meeting, the chicken strips aren't very good. But the employees are very nice and friendly.
