As always wcdonalds was great! It's nice to pop in for a quick meal after a busy day. Only con I can see is their prices are getting kinda high for a fast food place and the"home of the .39 cent hamburger" think I read that somewhere.

This is my neighborhood McDonald’s and they are always so fast and so clean inside. They have never gotten my order wrong and every single staff member is so friendly

5 stars for being what exactly what I want out of a McD. Fast, accurate, and friendly. Fast food may have once had the reputation for being inexpensive, but those notions are long gone. That being said, you mobile order, apply the best deals, and maybe just drink water when you get home or to your office, you can work yourself out a pretty decent price. I swear though, they are quick here. by the time I get to the window, they have my food and I jet outta there. Keep up the great work.

Got my usual order of a large caramel macchiato, extra espresso and two breakfast burritos. Surprisingly this place didn't try to skimp on the amount of coffee in my cup. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Mornings are pretty quiet and relaxing in the lobby too. Great place to come if you wanna sit down for breakfast and work on some spreadsheets!

Usually just get coffee, but the workers are always very friendly and polite!!

I left a review this is the best McDonald's I've ever stopped at I was just fixing to give up on them because the service in Searcy Arkansas sucks but I came to this one on 31 and Lone Oak and let me tell you the food was hot I did not have to wait there was no rude employees waiting on me and they got my order correct I love it great job to the manager and the man that gave me my order at 3:30 p.m. on 08/29/23

McDonald's had breakfast it was very good. Sausage and egg McMuffin today 1/2/2024.

Great service, not very generous with the sauces on burgers though.

I went here to get McDonalds with my siblings and mom. Our food arrived in minutes! My frappé came faster before we could get the drink for our brother! They have the best service. Will definitely go back here again if we travel. 😍

I came for breakfast today and observe the most kind and patient interaction between the manager and a elderly person. The manager Richer was above and beyond his way to explain and serve the customer. Great job and kind heart!!!! I’m proud of him as human being and employee.

We bought breakfast ... The service was quick, excellent and for fast food breakfast, it was delicious. I love their coffee. I am a robust coffee kinda person. Open 24 hours on weekends! Very clean. Personnel were immaculately dressed and groomed. Very respectful and friendly, even late at night. Very prompt order execution. We have eaten at this location dozens of times and the order is correct, fast, and tasty. No complaints! This location is very busy during lunch time frames. Even so, they are well staffed and efficient.

We stopped in at about 2 minutes to midnight on Saturday night and the guy up front was very friendly and courteous. There was trouble with the order in front of us so he let us know that he was going to be a few minutes but then he went ahead and took her order to get it started so we didn't have to wait any longer then needed. He kept us updated on our food order and as far as McDonald's food goes it was as good as McDonald's food can be.

The night team here is on point. Carlos and his crew know how to treat people!! At 11 o'clock at night they had fantastic attitudes and nailed it on the food. It was worth me making mention of it as they just surprised me with their quality. Thanks guys.

The manager Armando and the attendant mr. Frank absolutely phenomenal in terms of giving Pro tips and how to save it a couple extra bucks and getting the meal that you want not only did they show me how to save 5x dollars. But they gave me at least 4or5 different tips for next time. I say or because Armando the manager at the time clued me in on a couple Pro tips! The kind of tips that you would only know if you work there kind of stuff! So with all that being said you want to go to a mcdees that hooks you up at like you work there go ahead and take the extra 5 10 15 20 minutes it takes to go to the Lowell McDonald's because they're not only going to go ahead and set you up but that will hook you up for next time as well hell yeah! And I've been going to this McDonald's for quite some time because of the pro tip stuff. And today I decided to look at some of these reviews that have been given. And not only are there more good reason bad. But if you're somebody with any kind of common sense you can understand that any bad review they have are completely unorthodox and probably do to the customers fault. Which outside of many other reviews with any other kind of McDonald's or Taco Bell or Burger King or vice versa... is quite a surprise usually I'm pretty damn hard on my fast food joints. And within two visits to this location I've been completely mind blown not only the manager Armando as well as the associate mr. Frank. Completely customer savvy! But they deserve a raise. Because they take their positions seriously and they're probably making that location a lot of money if not the whole Corporation at least a nice chunk of pie!!! If I could say more I would and honestly I could but I got to go to bed so I won't!!

We are quick to write bad reviews and forget to give shout outs when the customer service is great. Usually I have a ok customer service at this place. Forget the sauce, fries are cold. but, yesterday 7-16-18 @11pm at night left airport work late and went to grab something fast.Expecting it to be bad. Thank you ladies that worked this night. Great customer service, and great quality of food. having my fries nice and hot. thank you

Amazing service! Darrel helped me out so much! And management was very informative and answered a lot if questions I had about a few burgers. I highly recommend this location over any other in the area! Not to say the others are bad! But these guys are all about customer service. Greeted and the door and helped at the self serve kiosk. Thank you guys!
