Title: Exceptional Customer Service Experience at Walgreens

I recently had an outstanding experience at my local Walgreens, on 1/23/24, and I cannot praise their customer service enough. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and attentiveness. The manager and cashier went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued as a customer.
The manager Juan, in particular, took the time to personally welcome me and inquire about my needs. Their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. They were knowledgeable about the products and services offered, and their willingness to assist me was truly commendable.
Moreover, the cashier that night Latra, was equally remarkable. Their courteous and professional demeanor made the checkout process a breeze. They were efficient, yet took the time to engage in friendly conversation, which made the entire
experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the level of customer service I received at Walgreens surpassed my expectations. Kudos to Juan, and Latra, their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I left the store feeling appreciated and satisfied, and I will undoubtedly be returning as a loyal.
I highly recommend this Walgreens location to anyone seeking exceptional customer service.

Always have everything I need or could ever want always great and I'm stocking up on Halloween items and they're very good at giving me great deals

Stopped by to get some passport pictures and had an awesome quick visit thanks to China, she was very helpful and professional. I had gone to a different Walgreens and they told me they couldn’t do them till 3 hours later, called this Walgreens and they told me to just stop by whenever, there i was greeted by China and had pictures taken, went and did a little bit of shopping and China found me and gave me the passport pictures, all the staff here is super sweet and keeps the store clean.

My parents and I have been frequenters of this location for over 20 years. While we've seen people come and go, it is the most convenient place for us to pick up scripts as well as other medical stuff. Of course we don't have a sense of entitlement, and don't expect people to bend over backwards kissing our butts. We also don't frequent the store when they're stocking the store either. So maybe some tips for those giving this location a bit of bad publicity.

Don't go in when they're doing other stuff late late late at night.

If you've ever worked retail, don't be a difficult customer, no one likes a pengis.

Lock your doors, and don't leave your vehicle unsecured. (duh)

The staff are underpaid, and overworked. The turn over rate at this location is atrocious.

Maybe its all the entitled customers that want above and beyond?

I set up a flu shot clinic for my company with David B.'s help - everything went so smoothly and the pharmacist, Christina, was very quick. Overall great experience that we will be doing again next year!

I’m in awe of the pharmacist, Meredith, who was single handedly fielding an onslaught of customers at 10:30PM on a Saturday. I’m talking an in-store line, the drive through AND the phones. It took a while to get my meds cause she had to call my insurance, but I am so grateful that I’ll be able to take my medication now and get some relief. The other staff working there were friendly and professional as well. Glad to have this 24-hour lifesaver in the neighborhood.

I am very grateful for the pharmacist who was working on the night of May 21st 2017. After a terrible experience with St. David's South ER who refused to believe I had anything wrong with me, I spoke with the pharmacist about my symptoms and he immediately alerted me that I may have gall stones. He even called me after I left the pharmacy to give me more information. I am now gall bladder free and pain free. Thank you so much!

People helping me at the photo counter yesterday were real silly, nice and helpful, as well as careful and considerate to not damage the quality of my prints, even though I was only getting them just for fun!
I love getting prints made here, especially to give as gifts.

I'm Diabetic & they always have my insulin ready when I or my Doctor calls it in. Very Nice Employees & the Manager too. They're open 24 hours a day. 🤓🧓🏅

Why would you EVER want a healthcare professional to HURRY? Would you prefer expediency over accuracy? Would you tell your dentist to expedite a root canal? Those aren't M&Ms they're dispensing back there.

Swung by a bit before close. I noticed it was mainly 2 carhops on top of the orders never looking stressed. They're good attitude & hustle car to car was impressive. 🏃‍♀🍔🍦👌

Extremely kind, attentive, helpful and quick people. Best in Austin, especially because they are also the only Walgreens pharmacy that opens 24 hours.

I loved this Walgreens, big and airy. Nice selection of things.

This location is kept clean but is pretty crowded.

Pharmacy staff is on spot, and always helps try to fix anything that is wrong with insurance.

I try to be the best security officer by helping others.
